What is a

Grundos are one of many different species that exist in Neopia. Originally they did not come from Neopia, they were kidnapped and forced to work on the Virtupets Space Station by Dr Sloth during his attempted invasion. After being freed from Dr Sloth's clutches many Grundos left the Space Station and have set up homes all over the planet.

Grundos are a little unusual, to adopt one for yourself you need to visit the Virtupets Space Station. Once there you can choose more than the usual four colours, for your Grundo.

As well as your basic four colours, Grundos come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes ranging from the adorable Baby Grundo to the scary Darigan Grundo! In order to own one of these more unusual Grundos you will need to find a magical paint brush or potion.
