Why are my items disappearing?

If you own a Skeith and you are not looking after it very well, it may help itself to you items. Skeiths can and will eat anything (even Petpets and furniture). Make sure you keep your Skeith fully fed, and put all your valuables in your Safety Deposit Box so your hungry pet can't get to them.

If you do not have a Skeith and your items are still disappearing, email support@neopets.com and a member of the support team will get back to you asap.
