What is a

Meercas are one of many different species that exist in Neopia. As a general rule Meercas are energetic, fun loving Neopets who love playing tricks on others.

As well as your basic four colours, Meercas come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes ranging from the brightly coloured Disco Meerca to the cute little Baby Meerca! In order to own one of these more unusual Meercas you will need to find a magical paint brush or potion.

Heermeedjet and Meerouladen
This crafty pair have been suspected in a number of crimes around Neopia, most notably when someone tried to steal King Coltzan's crown. They have been linked with known criminal Malkus Vile but somehow they always manage to escape before being caught.
