Neopedia : Kauvaras Potion This magical potion is created, of course, by Kauvara - the owner of the Neopian Magic Shop. She only produces one bottle every couple of days, as one of the ingredients are the rare arbiter berries, which grow far away on Roo Island.
Sometimes she travels herself to the island to pick the berries, and sometimes she enlists the help of her sister Allita, it's a really long walk and it's not a good idea to leave a shop full of magic unguarded for any length of time!
The potion itself is said to make a pet more powerful, stronger, and even heal it of all disease
and damage, and it does not come cheap! Some Neopian families could barely afford a single potion
on a year's salary!
