"Hello, and welcome once again to Neopian Cuisine! I'm your host, as always,
Calianja the Acara! Today, we are continuing on with our Faerie Food series
with the Earth Faerie! Welcome to the show, Earth."
"Thank you Calianja, it's a pleasure to be here today."
"So, what are we making today?"
"Well, I thought we'd make Fluffy Faerie Pancakes and my famous Earth Faerie
Brownies."
"Sounds great, Earth! Let's get started!"
"OK, Calianja. I think we'll start out by making my Earth Faerie Brownies.
For 16 brownies you will need:
1/2 pound, or 8 ounces, Semi-sweet Baking Chocolate Squares
1/4 cup, or half a stick, Butter or Margarine
1 1/4 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 cup Flour
2/3 cup Whipping Cream
Now, first you want to line an 8-inch square baking pan with greased aluminum
foil. Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F(245 degrees C). Now, you want
to take 2 squares of the chocolate and the butter and put them in a bowl. Microwave
them for about 1 1/2 minutes, or until the butter is pretty much melted. Now,
mix the mixture until the chocolate is melted. Add 3/4 cup of the sugar and
1 of the eggs. Mix together well. Now, add your flour. OK, now spread this mixture
evenly over the bottom of the pan. OK, now take the remaining 6 squares of chocolate
and the whipping cream. Microwave them for about 1 1/2 minutes and stir until
the chocolate is melted. In another bowl, beat the last 2 eggs and the last
of the sugar for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is fluffy and light yellow
colored. Now beat in the chocolate cream mixture. Pour this mixture over the
mixture already in the pan and spread it out evenly. Bake them for about 35
minutes, or until the top is set. There you go! Now you have the recipe for
my famous Earth Faerie Brownies!"
"Mmmmmmm, they smell excellent Earth! OK, after this commercial break, we'll

AFTER COMMERCIAL BREAK....
"Welcome back Ladies and Gentlemen. We're here today with the Earth Faerie.
Now, she's getting ready to show us how to make Fluffy Faerie Pancakes."
"Yes, I am Calianja! Now, for the pancakes you will need:
1 package, 8 ounces, Cream Cheese
4 Eggs 2/3 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Oil
First of all, Beat the cream cheese and the eggs with an electric mixer until
smooth. Then, add the flour and salt and mix together well. Over medium heat,
heat oil on a large skillet. Spoon the mixture tablespoon by tablespoon onto
the skillet. Fry the pancakes until they start to bubble. Flip them over and
fry until the other side gets golden brown. You may not be able to fit all the
batter onto the skillet. If that's the case, make one batch and add more oil
if needed for the additional batches. It might be a good idea to put the pancakes
on a paper towel to soak up the excess oil that still may be on them. Sprinkle
with cinnamon sugar if you wish or spread with butter or margarine, syrup, jams,
jellies, or whatever else you eat on pancakes."
