The Island
"So, Lilshoyru6," a Neopian on the helicopter said, "how
did you get here? When did you get to that island??"
The young striped Shoyru with feathered wings lifted
her weary head and said, "well.....I was flying a plane to visit my mother
at the Mystery Island. You see, I was in the college in the Terror
Mountain..." and her mind drifted off to her memories................
"Now, Lilshoyru6," my worrisome mom said, "Are you sure
you could fly the 7000 miles from Terror Mountain to Mystery Island? It
could be tiring and dangerous!"
"Don't worry, mother, it'll be all right!" I was soooooo
exasperated by that time. She had been asking me this question since the
last 30 minutes that I called her.
"Okay, dear, but don't tell me that I didn't warn you
if something happens!" and my mom hung up.

The next day, when I woke up, I dashed to the airport
to start flying on my own to the Mystery
Island. A flight instructor had taught me how to fly for the entire
last month. Well anyway, I put my luggage and backpack on the seat next
to me, and I kept my leather jacket and watch on. After a long time, I
thought, "Boy am I hungry! Too bad there's no one else on the plane...."
so I hesitated, drove with one hand, and with the other hand, tried opening
my luggage. Sadly, I didn't see the flying Korbat holding his Million
Degree Sword for training, in front of my jet quick enough. When
I realised he was in front of me, I quickly jolted my plane so I wouldn't
hit him, but his million-degree sword swiped the fuel tank, and it started
leaking. Judging by how big the leak was on my screen, I would crash land
into the sea in about........ 20 minutes! I radioed the ground control,
"Excuse me! I have a problem here! My fuselage is leaking, and I'll probably
crash into the sea in about 16 more minutes!" to my relief, the ground
control answered me.
"Okay, who is this, and where are you?"
"I'm Lilshoyru6, and I'm at---- ---- ----" I was frightened!
The radio went static, and I couldn't hear the ground control! NOW how
will I tell them where I was?! I frowned with frustration.
"Li---oy----u6! Ca--- you he- m--------------" there
was no static, and the radio went dead. I looked at my watch. Seven more
minutes left!!
The Korbat was long gone, and as the plane went crashing
towards a small island, I tried the technique my instructor told me. I
slowly pulled the toggle up, and steady, so the plane was gliding, with
the left over fuel, I went slowly sliding down to the ground. When I was
about two Neopian floors away, the jet faltered, and I unbuckled my seat
belt, fumbled with the jet's door, and jumped out just in time for the
jet to crash in 1 minute! I was flying above it, and when it crashed,
pieces fell apart and flew all over, and a huge chunk of the now broken
jet hit me hard, I saw stars, and I blacked out.
To be continued...
