How to draw a Fire Faerie : Printable Version

Start by drawing a basic shape for your Faerie's head and body.

Next join the head to the body with two curved lines. Add hair around your Faerie's face. Because of the pose you only need to draw one arm, the other one is mainly obscured by a hand. Try to copy this picture as closely as possible.

Add pointy ears and give the hair a little more definition. Give each hand fingers and add a little shape to your Faerie's dress.

Erase all your extra lines and then add a little more detail to the hair and dress. Your Faerie should be starting to take shape.

Erase all your extra lines and you should be left with something very similar to this.

Draw two large eyes a small nose and a curved line for the mouth. Add wings, they don't have to be this exact shape, you can play around with them a little bit. Add a curved line to your Faerie's fringe and erase a small section on the top of the large hand. This will make it seem more natural.

Add eyebrows, pupils, lips and a couple of lines for your Faeries chest bones. Lastly finsh off the ears and your faerie is complete.

To make your picture really stand out, try adding some colour.
