Neopets - How to Draw the Lab Ray Scientist
How to draw the Lab Ray Scientist : Printable Version
Start by drawing two circles for the Scientist's head and body. On the top circle, lightly sketch a pair of crossed lines to help you make the Scorchio's face later on.
Next, connect the Scientist's head to his body with a pair of lines. Then, draw a small circle and oval for his hands and two small, flat ovals for his feet.
Now, use pairs of curved lines to connect the shapes you made for the Scorchio's hands and feet to his body.
It's now time to start drawing the Scientist's face. On the lower part of his face, make the Scorchio's cheeks and snout. Then, make two round shapes for his eyes.
Divide the Scientist's hands and feet into separate fingers and toes, and add his tail.
Your drawing needs a bit of detail, so make the Lab Ray Scientist's wild mane of hair and his thick eyebrows. Then, add nostrils and a smile to his snout. Finally, draw a few spikes along his tail.
Erase any extra lines you might have on your drawing.
This Scorchio is a scientist, so give him a lab coat. Then, draw his wings and make some markings on his stomach.
The Lab Ray Scientist is clearly not quite right, so add some hypnotic spirals to his eyes. Also, draw a test tube in his left hand (which is on your right). Who knows what his next experiment will be?
Your drawing is almost complete! Erase any extra lines that might be left.
Lastly, add some colour and shading using anything you'd like, from markers to a computer program. The Lab Ray Scientist is usually yellow, but you can make him any colour you choose -- it'd give him a taste of his own medicine!
