Lulu in Space FAQ
1) What is the event 'Lulu in Space'?

Lulu in Space is an NC Mall event where you get to explore the depths of the Virtupets Space Station with Lulu. Having procured a set of access keys to restricted rooms in the space station, Lulu is off to see what she can find in the rarely visited areas of Virtupets. Purchase a pack of Virtupets Access Keys to get entry into those chambers and get all-new prizes.

2) Where do I purchase a Virtupets Access Keys Pack?

Visit the NC Mall to purchase a Virtupets Access Key Pack. Be sure to activate it in your inventory before visiting the Lulu in Space page to claim your prizes.

3) I gave Lulu an access key, where is my prize?

Once you give Lulu a key to enter the secret chamber, your prize will be placed in your inventory

4) Can I claim the NC prize for each day more than once?

No, unfortunately prizes can only be claimed once per day on each account.

5) Is there a time limit for claiming my daily NC prize?

Yes, you can claim your prize till August 21st at 11:59:59 PM NST

6) Will I be able to collect NC item prizes for days that have passed?

Yes, prizes can be collected on days that have passed or on the days that they are released.

7) I'm trying to activate additional access key packs, why isn't it working?

Please keep in mind you will only be able to claim a prize for each day once. If you have already activated a Virtupets Access Key 20-Pack you will not be able to activate any more. An exception to this is if you activate more packs in order to reach 21 key activations. For example if you activated a 10-pack and then a 5-pack you will be able to activate another 10-pack in order to reach 21 activations. Unfortunately extra activations cannot be redeemed or returned as you can only collect up to 21 prizes in this event.

8) Can I participate in Lulu in Space on side accounts?

Yes you can participate in Lulu in Space on side accounts.

9) Will I receive a bonus item for participating in 'Lulu in Space' event?

Yes, there will be a bonus prize for those who explore the hidden chambers with Lulu all 21 days.

10) Can I gift a Virtupets Access key to another user?

Yes. Keys are like any other NC Item and are giftable via an NC Gift Box (one item per NC Gift Box).

11) What is the duration of 'Lulu in Space' NC event?

Lulu in Space will run from July 31st through August 21st 2019. You can join the event anytime within that period by purchasing an Access Key pack from the NC Mall.
