To gain access to spin the wheel, you must first purchase an NC Archives Fortune Cookie from the NC Mall. Once opened, you will be given access to spin the wheel once her day, for 3 days.

3) What types of items are available as prizes from the wheel?

The prizes available from the NC Archives wheel are all retired NC items from past events. Each event is represented by some key art for that event on the wheel wedges.
