"Wait here, I'll get Fyora from the hidden tower. Once they
see the real Fyora, we can show them the other one is a copy!" whispered Hittop,
running out of the corridor and heading to the Hidden Tower.
One of the Faeries finally noticed them and
walked up to Kachyraeek and Ciakaba.
"Do you have an appointment?" the Earth Faerie
asked, smiling.
"No… but we have something very important to
discuss!" answered Ciakaba, the Cloud Koi.
"Sorry, but only Neopets with appointments can
come here, you will have to leave," said the Earth Faerie, pushing Kachyraeek
and Ciakaba in the direction of the door.
"It's very important!" Kachyraeek the yellow
Kacheek peeped.
Before the Earth Faerie could open the front
door, it slammed open from the other side. The door hit the Earth Faerie on
the head, letting her drop unconscious on the ground. Hittop stepped inside
carrying Fyora in his arms.
"Go to the throne room!" he said.
They rushed to the end of the corridor and entered
the throne room. The thrones at the end of the room were seated by Fyora, Jhudora
and some other powerful Faeries. In the middle of the room stood a group of
normal Faeries.
Jhudora noticed Fyora in Hittop's arms, stood
up and yelled, "What are you doing here?"
"Everybody! This is the real Fyora! The one
over there is a copy!" Ciakaba called out, pointing at the Fyora clone.
The Faeries let out gasping sounds and looked
confused.
Jhudora turned her head around and looked at
the Fyora copy. The copy looked back at Jhudora and then stood up.
"Take these intruders!" the copy commanded.
But no one moved except for a Light Faerie sitting
next to Fyora. The Faerie stood up and stepped forward. "If this is true what
you are saying, then let us do the Faerie test!"
Hittop didn't know what this test was, but the
group Faeries gasped in amazement.
On cue, another Light Faerie entered the throne
room, holding a crystal ball in her hands.
Jhudora suddenly looked scared of some sort,
as she stared at the crystal ball. A few strokes of her hair turned purple,
and she quickly hid them behind her head.
The Light Faerie placed the crystal ball on
a table in the middle of the throne room. The group of Faeries walked to the
window-side of the room and stood there still. The Light Faerie bowed to the
Fyora copies and the others and joined the group of watching Faeries.
"Huhm…" muttered the real Fyora. Hittop released
her from his arms and Fyora walked to the crystal ball. The copy Fyora looked
at Jhudora and they exchanged words without actually saying them. On order,
the clone also walked to the crystal ball.
"Begin the test!" the Light Faerie at the thrones
called out. She pointed at the crystal ball. The crystal ball started to glow
brightly and sparks flew around. The real Fyora stood still while the copy Fyora
covered her head with her hands. A zooming noise started to come from the crystal
ball, getting harder and harden.
Suddenly, the crystal ball made a bright blinding
flash and stopped making a zooming sound, glow and hurl sparks around.
When the flash faded, the real Fyora still stood
still. But where once the copy Fyora was, was now a pile of ashes.
"GAH!" Jhudora abruptly yelled, standing up.
"Jhudora is an impostor, she is still evil and
made that clone of me. She locked me up in the hidden tower and wanted to take
over Faerie Land. Get her and lock her up!" Fyora commanded. The Faeries rushed
over to Jhudora trying to get her, but Jhudora flew a few meters up above the
ground.
"Foolish mortals!" she yelled. Her hair turned
purple with green strokes, her dress turned purple and long, her nails were
now green, long and sharp again. She totally changed back into the Dark Faerie
Jhudora within seconds, and her eyes got the evil, red glow again.
"You won't get me! Sssaahahaha!" Jhudora hissed.
Suddenly dozens of beams shot up from the other Faeries and struck Jhudora.
She fell down on the ground, hissing.
Jhudora looked up at Kachyraeek with a grimly
smile. "You… you did this!" she said. The other Faeries tried to grab her arms,
but she pointed her left arm at Kachyraeek and shot a wide, blue beam at her.
The Kacheek turned around to run away, but she,
Hittop and Ciakaba were hit by the beam. Abruptly, they found them selves somewhere
else.
It was black, dark. You could see nothing. Everything
was black -- the ground, the skies. Nothing had a form, it was just -- black.
Out of the shadows stepped a shadowy figure
forward -- Jhudora.
"I will get my revenge," she hissed, walking
closer to Kachyraeek and the others.
"What, what do we do?" Ciakaba stuttered.
"Run!" Hittop called out.
They turned around to run away, but Jhudora
leaped forward, clutching both of her hands around her staff.
She slammed her staff against Kachyraeek. The
Kacheek hurled through the air and landed several meters away on the ground.
Kachyraeek moaned and tried to stand up, but
she was too weak.
"Kachy!" called Hittop, trying to get to the
Kacheek. But Jhudora swung her staff around and hurled a darkness ball at them.
When the ball hit Hittop, a large explosion found place. Hittop and Ciakaba
fell unconscious on the ground.
"Now, it is just you and me, Kacheek," said
Jhudora grimly. She walked to the dazed Kachyraeek and stood beside her.
"No… No..." muttered Kachyraeek.
"Yes!" Jhudora called out, laughing. She raised
her staff in the air. The tip of the staff started to glow brightly. After a
few seconds, Jhudora pointed the staff at Kachyraeek.
"5..." she said.
There must be something to do.. but I am too
dizzy.. thought Kachyraeek.
"4..."
No... Darkness won't win.. Must resist..
"3..."
Get up! Get out of this place!
"2..."
Kachyraeek opened her eyes, and she started
to glow brightly, balling her fists.
"1..."
"Take this Jhudora!" she yelled.
"0.. Bye!" said Jhudora. Suddenly, gathering
all her energy, Kachyraeek slammed Jhudora in her stomach.
Jhudora bowed down in pain and her staff fell
down on the ground, bouncing up and down. When the staff ended with bouncing
it pointed at Jhudora. The glow coming out of the staff, forming shape of a
ball and it launched at Jhudora.
"Aaaah!" the Dark Faerie shrieked, when she
got hit by the darkness ball. The sound of an explosion echoed over the black
plains and everybody found themselves back in the throne room.
The other faeries looked confused, as Jhudora
disappeared. Kachyraeek ran up to the window and looked outside. Jhudora's cloud
was back but the sky was sunny again.
"She's back to her cloud," the Kacheek said.
"Our job is done," Hittop muttered.
They turned around to leave the throne room
when Fyora stood up. "No wait -- you will get a reward!" she said.
Smiling, they turned around again.
"What kind of reward?" Ciakaba asked.
"Well -- just ask anything!" Fyora replied waving
her arms.
"I would just like Kachyraeek's room to be done
so she has her own room. You see -- the workers building the room in our NeoHome
are--" said Hittop.
"Done," muttered Fyora, interrupting Hittop.
"Thank you Fyora!" Kachyraeek said, bowing down.
* * *
When they came home, it was just like nothing
happened. Kachyraeek was a normal yellow Kacheek again. But when they stepped
inside their NeoHome, something was different. The booming noised, the workers
made were gone. With joy, Kachyraeek rushed upstairs and saw her room finished.
She stepped inside and saw that it was a beautiful cloud room, with all sorts
of toys and nice furniture.
Smiling, Kachyraeek sat down on her blue beanbag
and relaxed by putting her head down.
"Finally.." she muttered, closing her eyes.
