"The
Ten Best Ways to Spend 20,000 NP" (Neopian Times, Week 45), I found I
was rather frazzled by the article itself. Perhaps it is just my innate habit
of making NP rather than spending them wastefully, but I found myself asking one
question.
Why spend 20,000 NP when you could be spending 100,000?
This might sound as if I am trying to boast about how rich I am, but I'm not.
Do not disregard my following comments because I recommend spending NP to make
NP. Trust me, this is not only possible, but the best legitimate way to get
rich.
I am currently doing a hacker's challenge with my guild, in which senior members
create the conditions of having been hacked, to show people how they can recover
from this. When I began my challenge, I started with 0 NP. Earning *a little
under 20,000 NP from playing games I then took 18,000 of that amount to invest
in stocking my shop. The next morning, I had a little over 100,000 NP in my
shop till.
Seem impossible? I know you're shaking your head yes. It's OK though. The
key to doing this, is simply, work the middleman theory to your total advantage.
Open three windows in your Internet browser. Have each of these windows open
to the shop of your choice. The best way to know WHAT to buy and HOW MUCH to
spend is to sit in these shops and watch a couple restocks pass. This will let
you work out what the 'hot ticket items' are. Having done this, buy them and
resell them at a huge profit. :)

Now I ask you, why spend only 20,000 NP when you could be spending 80,000
NP? When I say 80,000 NP, I actually mean that you will spend 100,000 NP minus
20,000 NP of that which you save for making more Neopoints with.
What can you do with 80,000 Neopoints?
1. Buy a new paint brush. With 80,000 NP, you can buy almost any paint
brush with a few exceptions.
2. Improve your NeoHome. Add more rooms onto your NeoHome or improve
your extensions.
3. Improve your pet's stats. Can you imagine how great your pet's stats
will be after spending so many NP on them???
4. Improve your pet's intelligence. Wow! Just think of how smart your
baby will be!
5. Be generous. Why not give something(s) back? Donate to the Money
tree, or as the formerly mentioned article stated, buy things for people in
need.
"The Best Way to Spend 20,000 NP" (Neopian Times, week 45) had several good
points about ways to spend your NP, but why think small? I thought small for
a while, and I stayed that way. Now... I think big, and I hope you will too.
