No, news of half-price day hasn't managed to reach Mika and Carassa. They do live on the top of Terror Mountain after all :)

I hear that not ALL Claires stores carry neopets merchandise. Are the stores found on your "Store Locator" guarenteed to have merchandise inside? Or do you have to phone up and find out for yourself?
Not all Claire's stores are carrying everything, it might be in your best interest to call the store ahead of time if you are looking for something specific. If that specific store does not have what you are looking for, try calling around in your area to find a store that may have it.

Many of the stores have already sold out of certain designs, but there will be more goodies shipping to them soon.

How do I know if I won the Storytelling game?
You will see a storytelling trophy in your user lookup and you'll have an extra 2000 NP in your pocket, not to mention a pretty cool prize waiting for you in "Your Items".

Is it true that your going to change the shadow pets? Don't do it! I won't be able to take it!
We aren't drastically changing them, we are just making them better looking. The wierd gradients just don't look anywhere near as good as the solid colours. Think more along the lines of the Shadow Usul :)

I've got a Krawk petpet, but can't find the fungus cave. Where is it? I know its supposed to be on Krawk Island, but where?

Whenever I go to an auction it says that the results of the auction will me mailed to me. How is it mailed to me? I never recieve anything!
It will be emailed to you providing you have entered your CORRECT email address when you signed up. If you are under 13 you will not have entered your email so you will just have to keep checking back. If you want to update your email address you can do this at the 'User Prefs' section of 'Help'.

I have a Mau codestone and a Tai-kai codestone what are you supposed to do with them?
You use codestones to pay for lessons at the Training School. Here your Neopet can learn new things and gain levels. If you do not wish to use the codestones, you should try selling or trading them as there are plenty of other players that will want them.

I've been looking for a Scamander petpet in the Shop Wizard since they've come out, and I can't seem to find one! Have they been released yet, or are they just really hard to find?
They have been released, they are just EXTREMELY rare.

You said that if you had a painted petpet Krawk and changed it to an adult Krawk it would stay painted. Does this mean you can get a pink Krawk?
No, it turns into a red one.

My friend said she spoke to Adam on aim, is this possible?
No, As we say MANY MANY times, the only people who will contact you via aim or any other chat program claiming to be Neopets staff are imposters. We will NEVER use an online chat program to communicate with players. We do not have secret ways to give you millions of Neopoints, nor will we ask for your password. If anyone claims to be Adam, myself or any other staff member, just block them and never talk to them again.

Ahh good point... that is now retired and does absolutely nothing.

If I feed my Everlasting Apple to my Skeith, will it disapeer?
It has a small chance of disapeering when ANY Neopet eats it, even though a Skeith can chomp its way through petpets and dung furniture (gross!), it is no more likely to devour an Everlasting Apple than a JubJub.

Oh theneopetsteam wasn't created until months after we launched. I guess the first one was probably one of Adam's test accounts.
