Neo-Addiction Throughout the Holidays

Hello. My name is laizzeedaizzee. I'm a Neoholic. Yes, I am a Neoholic. The first or second step (I forget) is recognition of your addiction. So, today I will attempt to prove this to you. I'm sure you'll be convinced:

1. I'm probably gonna be spending all my NP on gifts for my pets this Christmas. Wait, isn't that what I did last Easter? Not to mention Halloween, Canada Day, Birthdays, Arbor Day...

2. I'm also probably gonna sit in front of my computer screen while counting down to the Millennium with my pets. Oboki can't wait! (how do I know this?? Mystery....)

3. The few days I have after January 1st are going to be spent judging a 2001 Beauty Pageant in my Guild. Yes, we all dressed up our cute little Kacheeks in their best outfits and are presenting them to each other! Can anyone say Neoholic?

4. When I go back to school in the New Year, days will pass "oh so slowly" as I wonder what my pets are doing now. Then I will rush home to feed them before they starve.

5. Around Valentine's Day, I will watch as love blooms between my NeoPets and others. I will accompany them as they buy gifts for their dates, and watch enviously as they come back from a great night out. "I'll never have that chance," I'll think. Yes...I'm jealous of my NeoPets

6. Come St. Patrick's day, all items bought will be green. Green paintbrushes will be used. Green Neggs and broccoli will be fed.

7. Easter will bring pictures of bunny-eared Kacheeks and Cybunny graphics posted in my shop. I will probably adopt a Cybunny and he will join in the..."fun"...

8. Of course, Canada Day will be celebrated by Red and/or, if available, white paintbrushes. Again, like St. Patricks, I will feed my pets red food (call me obsessed, go ahead)

9. Halloween will come with Halloween paintbrushes. Or at least I will try again and again to get one and not give up till I've got 4.

10. And last but not least, I keep playing because I dream of getting my frozen pets back.

So, as you can see, I am crazy about my NeoPets They are seriously spoilt brats. Of course, right now it doesn't show, since I'm waiting for Christmas to bring in the paintbrushes and PetPets. I think that this is a big issue in Neopia. We all want the best for our pets. This article was dedicated to all the upper-middle class who are just like me. The compulsive spenders.
