Are You New To NeoPets?

Are you new in Neopia? If so, I have a few tips on this new world. Basically, there are three different types of players: Poor, Middle Class or Rich. When I started playing NeoPets as well, I once felt so poor, my points always seemed to stay around zero. But about last year or so, you get 10 Neopoints every day so, I could never be penniless.

Today, I have about 16,000 NP in my account, and why? I'm going to teach you some helpful hints and tips if you are new in Neopia and are just getting started.

Here are some TIPS:

1. If you want a quick and easy way to win points, check out the games cupboard and try a few free games but give points like Kacheek Seek or Lenny Trivia.

2. Poor in points? Your pet starving? Go to the Money Tree or Soup Kitchen. Remember, in the Money Tree, NEVER go for the ones with 1 NP or 50 NP. Why? Clicking on the 1 NP would waste your time (as you have to wait a while before you can pick more stuff) and, the ones with a lot of points would be gone before you could say, Me first!

3. Always go in the shops often, because random events are more likely to happen. Once, I found 2 codestones, 2 Blue Neggs, and a lot of NP in a day.

Eight out of ten players in NeoPets own a PetPet. If you are ever thinking of getting your pet a pet, choose wisely...your pet wouldn't like it when you drop them at the pound, so choose a pet that you know your pet will like!

More things to think about: When you first start out on NeoPets, try taking care of only one pet. Then ask yourself these questions: Does a pet burden you? Could you take care of another pet? If you could, I would recommend you click on that Blumaroo in the Pound. Thousands of pets are all waiting to be adopted.
