What Are Doctor Frank Sloth's Plans For Christmas?

So what is exactly Dr. F. Sloth's plan anyway. See the inside scoop with some NEW reporters, Joanne Poogda and George Blumaroono (Maria Blumaroono's brother. It runs in the family).

Joanne: As the months past, Dr. F. Sloth has devised a plan. What is that plan exactly? Dr. F. Sloth says, "People know of me being more of an evil mutant. I am not always like that. You see, I am most popular being in the outer region of Neopia. I did indeed devise a plan, but that is in the TOP SECRET files. I shall not tell a single word. I can tell you though, that you will be disappointed what I will do to your poor, poor, pets. Ooops! Did I say that? Things around here are getting so boring." So there it is folks, that is the news for this evening....oh wait, George Blumaroono is coming to us live with some breaking news. George?

George: Well Joanne, it is certain that the Dr. F. Sloth is devising a plan in which he could not tell. Reporters from all over Neopia are trying to figure out what is up his dirty sleeve. He sent out a newsletter to all the reporters telling them that they should warn all Neopians to be aware of the wrath of Sloth. The faeries of Neopia are also trying to find out what this means.

Joanne: So what do you know about the crisis?

George: I know as much as everybody else knows, that he is evil, in fact evil as evil can get. I know one thing that is certain about this event, Dr. F. Sloth is trying to observe everybody around him. Observe what they think that is. There is no way to think it is possible, but I really think that Dr. F. Sloth is going to put mind control on every organism in Neopia. It won't be safe at all.
