Part I: About the Kacheeks
Usually between 10 and 60 centimeters tall, the Kacheeks can fit in the
palm of your hand. They are the second most popular pets, though. Kacheeks
are 6.69 percent of Neopia's population. They can be painted Faerie, Halloween,
Invisible, Shadowed, Skunk, Spotted, and Striped. With a visit to the
Lab Ray, you can have a robot Kacheek. Kacheeks love flowers, and good
smells, so if you want to make your Kacheek happy, bring home flowers
every day.
What is a Kacheeks favourite PetPet? Here are some tips.
Get a Noil for rich girls. A Tigermouse for proud or naughty boys and
tomboys. Good girls like Psimouses and Harris but all Kacheeks love Meekins.
Oh, and those cute little Warfs.
If you want to get a friend for your NeoPet, but can't
afford a PetPet, why not get another NeoPet? Kacheeks are very friendly
to Chias. The two pets get along very well, and will only fight over minor
things usually. However, if you get a blue bouncy ball the two pets will
have a major fight. It won't be pretty at all.
Kacheeks also like Kougras. If you have a very wild Kougra
though, the tiger may try to eat your small Kacheek for a little snacky
snack.
Part II: The History of Kacheeks
Earliest is prehistoric Kacheeks. They are not as smart as modern day
Kacheeks, but they are much stronger and HAIRIER! If provoked, a prehistoric
Kacheek can respond violently unlike Kacheeks today. Beware of the Kacheekers
dude.
Once, a long time ago, there were two tribes of prehistoric
Kacheeks. They were in a horrible war. Many were destroyed. Finally, the
smaller tribe ran away to Neopia. They evolved into the Kacheeks we know
today. The other tribe is still prehistoric and pretty stupid, but very
aggressive. But they have become slightly smarter--they invented Kacheekers,
but the true Kacheeks are much smarter.
Badeeks were the old form of Kacheeks, as we know them;
they were much like Kacheeks, but more spiky. They were not as popular
also, because they were not as well drawn (sorry to whoever drew the Badeek).
There was a very good story about Badeeks in the Neopian Times. If you
read the first few, you will find it. It is called "The
End of the Badeeks". It is one of Neopia's best pieces of
literature along with Good-bye Mel and My First Faerie,
and of course Choosing Kacheek.
Part III: Kacheek Items
The Blue Kacheek band is so popular these days because as soon as they
are in town every Kacheek begs to go. You can wear special Blue Kacheek
group jackets, and, boy, they are some of the rarest items about Kacheeks
that exist in Neopia! It is because so many owners wanted to have Blue
Kacheeks like the band but had four pets, then Kauvara created the blue
Kacheek morphing potion. Go figure!
The video The Good, The Kacheek, and The Ugly
was on the top selling list for months. That's because Kacheeks are very
good actors and look fabulous on the screen.
If you want a tasty treat, why not try a Kacheek Orange
Chocolate, Mint Chocolate Kacheek or White Chocolate Kacheek? They are
as sweet as the Kacheek itself (but I wouldn't recommend eating a real
one!). Another rare item is the Kacheek Cracker. Pop it open, and you
get a cool item.
There is also a mutant Kacheek morphing potion. These
were made by the evil Dr. Sloth and will cause your pet to become a mutant
Kacheek. This is essentially a grayish-green Kacheek with fangs and you
can see a swelling brain on its head. It is horrible, and I would not
suggest using this potion. Unless you're into that kinda stuff. And nothing
is wrong with that. I guess.
Part IV: Kacheek Games
Kacheek Seek
was invented to train young Kacheeks to escape predators. There would
be yearly contests and the worst player had to leave Neopia. This way,
Kacheeks became smaller as the largest ones were easiest to find. Soon
Kacheeks became very tiny. It is said somewhere there is a hidden tribe
of giant Kacheeks, which the losers formed on Mystery
Island. The game was based on when the first Kacheeks fled the
prehistoric Kacheeks. They were pursued, and had to hide in odd places.
If they were found, they could be captured and tickled to death. Luckily
the prehistoric Kacheeks were very dumb and so many Kacheeks survived
to populate Neopia.
Kacheekers
is a game of strategy. It was invented by prehistoric Kacheeks 500
years after the battle of the tribes. The story goes that there was a
Kacheek leader who was very smart for a prehistoric Kacheek. His tribe
was fighting the Korbats of the Tyrannia Plateau and was using stones
to represent parts of his army. He countered every move he made until
he figured out a way past their defenses. Some small Kacheeks saw what
he was doing and thought it was a game. They got some flat stones and
started playing. The game became a big success and soon almost every Kacheek
in the tribe was a master. The game spread through every tribe and eventually
with a few adjustments became the game we now know.
