A Cure For a Bad Case of Frostbite: Part Five

“What potion are you all trying to make?” Angelbaby4040’s owner said.

“It’s a cure for my owner dannylam4,” Simplythebestever said. He explained the whole situation. Angelbaby and her owner had their mouth opened.

“So you have to travel everywhere to get these items to cure your owner Danny before he completely freezes?” Angelbaby4040 said.

“Yes. We could use your help Miss um…” I said.

“Just call me Britney,” she said. “And yes we will help you. Thankfully, Angelbaby here is my only pet.”

“Thank you!!” Dragowings4 said. His smile beamed up at her. She smiled back.

“So how many items do you have?” Angelbaby4040 said.

“Let's see,” Devildog5 said. He pulled out the list of items. He crossed out all the items that we already collected and then handed the paper to me.

“All right!!” I yelled. “We only need 4 items, the Fire Snow, the Ice Cave Crystal, a Bottle Of Green Sand, and Short Fuse the Scary PetPet.”

“Well that’s good. I don’t have any of these items since I just started a little while ago,” Britney said.

“That’s okay. We can find these items by ourselves,” Dragowings4 said.

“No, I will help. We will take a boat to the Haunted Woods to buy the Short Fuse and you 4 take this boat to Mystery Island, and then we will meet back at the Ice Caves tomorrow okay?” Britney said.

“Okay. Good-bye then. See you in two days,” I said. The boat arrived at Mystery Island. We got off and waved good-bye to Britney and Angelbaby4040. Their boat sailed off and we started wandering around. The place was really hot and full of plants and trees. We had never been to Mystery Island before--not even me. We walked around until we ran into a building. It was some training school. I looked around. I saw a couple of stores and buildings.

“Let's start over there,” Simplythebestever said. He pointed to a store called Tiki-Tack. We walked to the building and then walked in. I looked around. There was a bunch of stuff. Then I saw it, the Bottle of Green Sand. I lifted it up and handed it to Devildog5. I looked around to see if we could find any of the other items but there weren’t any other things we needed so we went to go pay for it and then we left the store.

“Well, we meet up with Angelbaby and her owner tomorrow so what do we do now?” I said.

“Let's just travel down to the Ice Caves and look for the Fire Snow and Ice Cave Crystal,” Dragowings4 said.

“Okay. I think that’s a good idea,” Simplythebestever said.

“But how do we get there?” I said.

“I know. We can call the Faerie Queen. Let's call her, please, please, please…” Dragowings4 said.

“Okay, sure, why not,” I said. He pulled out the Dark Scroll and then the Faerie Queen appeared.

“Hello again, have you all collected the items?” she said.

“Well,” Dragowings4 said. “We need to go to the Ice Caves but we don’t know how to get there. I was just thinking…maybe… you could transport us there.”

“Sure. Just get close enough so I could teleport all of you.” We all huddled around her and then we magically teleported there in a second.

“Thank you,” I said.

“Now, remember, you still have till tomorrow before the ice takes over so you must hurry,” the Faerie Queen said. We hadn’t realised that the days passed by so quickly. Then the Faerie Queen teleported herself back to her castle. We looked around. We were here a couple of days ago when the accident occurred except there was a big difference about the place, there was a GIANT crack in the floor leading to some sort of Prehistoric Land.

“You think we should…” Dragowings4 started.

“No, we don’t have enough time for this and we aren’t even sure how to get out or even what is inside it,” I said. We walked to the Ice Crystal Emporium and looked around for the fire snow and the Ice Cave Crystal but they didn’t have it.

“Okay, we can try the Igloo Garage Sale, they always have the coolest items for a really low price,” Devildog5 said. We ran to the stairs to go to the Terror Mountain. Then we arrived in front of the igloo. We ran inside and then we found an Ice Cave Crystal but we didn’t find the Fire Snow.

“Okay, now where can we find the Fire Snow?” Dragowings4 said.

“Well, there is one way but….” I said. I just stood there.

“What is it?” Devildog5 said.

“The only other way that we could get the Fire Snow is if we go to… The Snowager and grab it from his pile of treasure.”

“Well… um… I guess we will have to,” Simplythebestever said. We started to walk towards the cave. I peeked over the wall to make sure he was asleep. He was still asleep. We quickly snuck in and then grabbed the Fire Snow but before we could leave, the Snowager woke up!! He swung his tail at us. We pulled out our weapons. We used our wands. We were all going to use The Wand of The Fire Faerie except for me, I was going to use the Air Faerie Wand. We raised it up. Danny had trained us in case of a Dangerous Battle. We stood there and waited until he made an attack.

He swung his tail at us but then we jumped. I grabbed onto his tail and held on. He didn’t notice me. Simplythebestever used the Wand of The Fire Faerie and then shot out a giant fireball at him. He dodged it and the fireball hit the roof. The roof started to crack but luckily, the ice was very thick. I held on to the tail. The roof kept on dripping since the fireball was melting it. It landed right on the Snowager I jumped off his tail and then walked towards the others.

“LISTEN!!!” I yelled over the Snowager He swung his tail at us and then we jumped.

“I HAVE A PLAN, USE YOUR SPARK ABILITY AND SEND AN ELECTRIC SHOCK AT HIM!!!” I jumped up into the air and then used my Water Jet and soaked him with water and then we sent an electric bolt at them. He roared loudly and then fell to the floor; he was knocked unconscious. I wanted to make sure he was out cold so I put him on ice. I lifted up my Wand and then shot a huge gust of wind that froze the water. He would be out for a while. We walked out. We only had a couple more hours till Danny turned to a human ice statue.

“Whoa, I can’t believe that we made it out of there alive,” Dragowings4 said. He was shaking all over.

“That’s not the important thing right now. We only have a couple of hours till Danny bonds with the ice,” I said. “We can’t wait for Britney to come. What do we do?”

“We can always look for her,” Simplythebestever said.

“No, that takes to long….I got it! We can send her a Neomessage online. She will get the message right away,” Devildog5 said.

“That’s a brilliant idea!!!” I yelled. “I think there is a computer in the Battledome!!” We quickly ran to the Battledome and turned on the computer. I looked up Angelbaby4040 and then sent her owner a Neomessage I quickly typed that we needed the item now. I sent it and then hit the button to make Neofriends so she could send it right away. I waited by the computer for a while and then I finally got a response. She said she got the PetPet and was sending it right away. Right after I read the message, the item appeared. I sent her another message saying thanks and gave her our address if she ever wanted to see us again. I quickly lifted up the PETPET and then ran to the others.

“Quickly, we only have a couple of minutes,” I said to Dragowings4. “Grab the scroll and then call the Faerie Queen. Then when she comes, she’ll send us to Mystery Island and then we can mix these items together.”

“Got ya,” Dragowings4 said. He grabbed the scroll from his bag and then called the Faerie Queen. She came out and then sent us to Mystery Island. We ran to the boiling pot and then I dumped all the items into the pot and out came the potion. I grabbed it and then we were teleported to the Faerie Queen Palace and then we saw Danny. Some of the Ice already started to bond with him and whatever that Negg was; it was bonded into him too. I quickly poured the potion on him. It all happened in a flash. There was a bright light and then the ice started to melt and then Danny started to move. He had ice covered all over him. He moved some more and then he fell to the ground and landed on his arms. We all rushed towards him and then he got up and brushed the ice off his hair and his shirt.

“What happened?” he said.

“Oh man it was horrible,” I yelled. We explained the entire mess, about the ice, about the adventure we had to get all the items, about the help we had, and about the battle with the Snowager Then he stood up and started to talk.

“This is amazing. You four defeated the Snowager? No one has ever defeated the Snowager before now. I’m proud of you all and I think I will allow all of you to fight in the Battledome but I will have to take away some of your weapons. Oh yes, who was this person you said helped you four?”

“Oh, it was a Little Meerca named Angelbaby4040 and her owner. They helped us out a lot!!” I said smiling. I was sooo happy that we could finally fight in the Battledome

“Well, I think we should thank her. I wish she was here now so I could thank her,” Danny said. As he said this, they magically appeared. I looked at them.

“Wha…what are we doing here? We were just on a boat…” Britney said. She looked around.

“I think the Negg I had had a weird effect. You see, it was a Negg that would give you Super Powers. It must have bonded with the ice and me so now the Ice and the Negg are part of me,” Danny said. He lifted his hand at Britney and then they shook hands.

“So you are Danny Lam of dannylam4. I am Britney of Angelbaby4040,” she said.

“Thank you very much for helping out with my little pets here. I will gladly pay you back for the PETPET,” Danny said. He reached for a sack he carried and pulled out some Neopoints and handed it to Britney.

“Oh, thank you but I would like to know where we are.”

“I am not even certain where we are.” He looked down at me.

“We are in the Faerie Queen’s Palace,” I said. The Faerie Queen had just walked into the room.

“Hello Danny, nice to see you so alive,” she said.

“Hahahaha, very funny, Queenie. I am sorry but we must be running,” Danny said.

“Very well, I hope we will run into each other again one day.”

“Well, hopefully the next time you see me, I won’t be half dead.” Danny smiled and then he transported us back home. We ran into Jenny and then Danny thanked her for all her help.

“I have to go now, see you later Danny boy,” she said. She got up, walked to the door, and then left.

“Time for bed you four. You all have enough adventure to last a month,” Danny said. He lifted Dragowings4 up (he was asleep), brought him upstairs to his bed, and walked to his room. I quickly drifted off to sleep and hoped we would have another adventure but with Danny along side with us.
