Grams: Hello, there! Come in, come in! It is raining Doglefoxes and Kadoaties out there! I’m Grams and this is Grams and Boyd! Today, we are going to discuss some of our favourite items. Now, it’s almost time for the most wonderful event of the year, the Advent Calendar! As you probably know, Neopians from all over are able to come and receive a gift every day of the Month of Celebrating. In anticipation of the upcoming gift giving season, we are going to take a look back at our opinions on the cutest items from Advent Calendars past. Anything to add, Boyd? Boyd: I don’t think… Oh, wait! So there’s a special way we are going to talk about these items. See, we both chose five of our favourites and we are going to talk about each other’s choices instead of our own. That’s pretty cool, yeah? Grams: Well, I think so. Let's get to it. Boyd:Oh, last thing, a slight disclaimer. We definitely love our wearables in this house so this list leans a little toward those! -  (we are money tree) Money Tree Bobblehead – Boyd chose. This gift was given in Y22. Grams: The Money Tree knows all about giving gifts and here he is doing a little jig because he's so filled with the holiday cheer. This little guy makes you happier just looking at him, that's probably why he is first on the list.
 Christmas Shop Window Display Background – Grams chose. This gift was given in Y21. Boyd:This background is so cute! I’ve seen a lot of customs of Neopets with their paws full of gifts and bags and other things. I just love this and really I think it’s pretty versatile, like, you could easily use this outside of the holiday season and be just fine!  Golden Feather Bookmark – Boyd chose. This gift was given in Y21 Grams: This sweet little feather will hold your place as you make the trek from the couch to the kitchen and back again. Boyd has more books and bookmarks than anyone so I see why he chose this.  Atsumis Abode in the Forest – Grams chose. This gift was given in Y21. Boyd: This is another great choice, I actually don’t think I’ve seen this background before! I’m also not sure who Atsumi is so I guess I’m off to the Neopedia after this! I love that there’s a lot of vibrant colours in this but also enough shadow/darkness that you could do pretty much any kind of custom with it.   Cyodrakes Gaze Snowglobe – Grams chose. This gift was given in Y8. Boyd:Okay, so I have a lot to say about this one because I almost chose it myself! Like, we said I got Grams into Neopets when I was a kid and the first plot we got to be around for the start of was the Cyodrakes Gaze! I just have a lot of nostalgia around that plot because it was the first time my grandma and I had been a part of something like that together and it’s just really nice to look back on! Also, this is like the cutest snowglobe on Neopets sorry to all the others <3  Keep the Cookie Jar Full! - Boyd chose. This gift was given in Y19. Grams:This adorable little book will keep you entertained on those long nights by the fire. Boyd loves to read and to bake so I see why he chose this. I have read quite a few books to my pets and I have to say the design is great. Where most books are a simple colour and design this one comes complete with actual cookie designs. It's really a really neat one.  Felf Celebration Vest – Grams chose. This gift was given in Y18. Boyd: Wow, this is just adorable! I’ve never dressed my pets for the holiday season, only for Halloween and then for my own customs but this might just inspire me to do holiday looks. Also, I’ve never thought to search ‘vest’ before even though I’ve done ‘shirt’, ‘blouse’, ‘jacket’ and all that so you learn something new everyday!  The Long Road Home Background – Boyd chose. This gift was given in Y20. Grams:If you have miles and miles to go before you sleep, this background is perfect for you. I had this background picked out when I was first choosing my items also. It showcases a winding path somewhere on Terror Mountain. Snow covers the ground and ice clings to the trees as you'll cling to your thoughts of home on your journeys.  Princess Fernypoo Gown – Grams chose. This gift was given in Y21. Boyd:This is so cute!! I don’t have many pets that are well suited for dresses but if I ever get one I may have to pick this up. It looks like something you’d see on a Usuki! I’m sure I should know who Fernypoo is too but ever since Neoschool closed I just haven’t been keeping up with my studying. You know how it is!
