Valentine’s Day Activities You’ll Adore!

     1). Pick Your Own - You may have already picked a special someone to be your Valentine, but you can also go berry picking in Meridell. While you can find a bushel of lovely berries in the patch, the main reason to go picking is to find the legendary Loveberry, of course! Try to fill up your basket with six of them. You can present them to your Valentine as a “berry” nice gift!

     2). Visit the Neggery - For just 18 points, you can buy your sweetie a Sweet Heart Negg from the Neggery inside of the Ice Caves. This Negg is adorned with a beautiful red bow, perfect for celebrating a special Valentine’s Day.

     3). Feed a Negg to your pet - While we’re on the topic of Neggs, why not grab a few to feed to your Neopet? Show your Neopet you love them by feeding them a Heart Shaped Negg. Make your Neopet feel extra special by presenting them with a mouth-watering Steak Negg. These next two might be obvious, but the Valentines Negg and Cupid Negg are all the rage around this time of the year. The cost usually seems to spike during the month of February because a lot of Neopians try to get their hands on them. Give these to your Neopet to let them know just how much you care. *Disclaimer* Please do not feed these Neggs to your Tonu, as they may become very sick!

     4). Make a purchase at the Hidden Tower - You may be feeling like splurging this Valentine’s Day. If that’s the case, make your way to the Hidden Tower for some lavish shopping. Right now, you can snag a Valentine Paint Brush for 3,000,000 Neopoints. Transform your Neopet into the prettiest pastel pink colour, decorated from head to tail with a perfect heart pattern!

     5). Play a game of Kiss The Mortog - Grab your chapstick and head to Meridell, where you can plant a big smackeroo right on top of a Mortog’s head. They say you have to kiss a few frogs before you can find your avatar, so you might as well start trying on Valentine’s Day! Just don’t kiss the wrong one, because instead of a sweet smooch, you might end up with a colossal SPLAT.

     6). Enter the Poetry Contest - Pour your heart out onto paper and straight into the Poetry Contest. Submit a Valentine’s Day-themed poem for all of Neopia to enjoy. Do you absolutely adore Aishas? Think Kacheeks are the cuuutest? Or maybe you have a soft spot in your heart for lovely Lupes! Let us know by writing a poem about it. I can’t wait to read your submission!

     7). Buy a tee shirt and wear it with pride - Who do you love!? There’s probably a tee shirt for that. Sloth, Fyora, Kadoaties, Kacheekers, Usukicon, potatoes, even MINCE PIES - yup! There’s a tee shirt for that! Show off your love of all things by wearing one.

     8). Hunt for a new site theme - Send a friend A Mysterious Valentine's Day Card to unveil a new site theme. You can only get it around this time of the year at the Neopian Gift Shop, so make the most of it. *Note: This item will occasionally restock at the Igloo Garage Sale all year round.

     9) Cook something up - The Mystery Island Cooking Pot can help you whip up a romantic meal, but we’re going to think outside the box for this one. Make a gorgeous sand sculpture instead! Create a Heart Shaped Sand Sculpture by combining a Bottle of Black Sand with a Bottle of Red Sand. The result is a dazzling red and black swirled sand sculpture moulded into the shape of a heart. Display it on your shelf or give it to your Valentine.

     10). Add a new stamp to your stamp album - Stick a Valentine Stamp into your collection today. This is a perfect way to show off your love for the holiday. This stamp sticks on the “Other IV” page of your stamp album and is one of a kind.

     11). Write an article or draw a comic for the Neopian Times - Creative contests can be a fun outlet when you have all the feelings. Write up a fun Valentine’s Day listicle, or illustrate a hilarious comic and colour it red and pink all over. Don’t forget to include some hearts!

     12). Read a book to your Neopet - There are plenty of lovely books to read to your pets, but since love is in the air this season, you will want to read one that is on theme. Artichoke Hearts: A Love Story, Lennies in Love, Meercas in Love, The Book of Love…these are a handful of books that would be appropriate to celebrate with.

     13). Make a wish - Take a walk to the Wishing Well and toss in at least 21 Neopoints. Close your eyes and wish with all your might! Some eligible items you may wish for include the super sweet Heart Lollipop and the snazzy Candy Heart Necklace.

     14). Send out a Sweetheart Gram - If you consider yourself to be an NC Mall enthusiast, then make your way over now to the NC Mall to purchase one of the new Sweetheart Grams!
