 10 Things You Should Do Every Day!

Stumped on what to do every day? There are many "daily" activities you can do each day on Neopets, but some award better prizes than others! Here are 10 things I personally do every day to maximize my profits and maybe win a rare item or two! Disclaimer: You probably won't win big every time you do these dailies! Most of it is up to luck and chance, so don't expect to get something amazing each time. If you get lucky, however, you may get some decent items to sell in your shop, or use on your pets!  1. Collect Trudy's Surprise You get a minimum of 445,375 NP a month if you spin every day, even if you get no matches, and on the 25th day you always get 100,000 NP! Every 7th day you'll get a prize as well, but these are usually not worth much. Make sure to spin it every day or Trudy will reset to day 1! You can win up to 522,250 NP if you get the "bad luck bonus" every time, so don't skip this important money-maker!  2. Battle for codestones and food If you have a pet with more than 10 HP (and you should if you collected the Pink Birthday Cupcake on their creation day and fed it to them!), you can battle Chia Clown and later S750 Kreludan Defender Bot for 15 prizes and up to 1,500 NP a day. A cheap beginner battle set is two Scroll of Ultranovas and a Magical Healing Potion. Select either both scrolls or one scroll and the healing potion if your pet is low on HP. You can increase HP (and other stats) through training in the Swashbuckling Academy, Mystery Island Training School, or through completing Faerie Quests. If your pet hasn't trained at all, you may need to heal each time you fight. You can win regular and red Codestones and lots of food to feed your pets. Sell your prizes in your shop for maximum profit!  3. Do 5 Faerieland Employment Agency jobs Did you know you can get a job on Neopets? The Faerieland Employment Agency has jobs available that don't require a coupon! Make sure to check the price of the item listed on the Shop Wizard in another tab before you accept the job. A good rule of thumb is if the item costs more than 1,200 NP individually or adds up to more than 5,000 NP altogether, skip that job. Look for jobs that will award a base prize of 7,000 NP or more. You have a better chance of getting profitable jobs if you catch the job refresh, which is about every 10 minutes starting from midnight. You can do up to 3 jobs your first time, then wait 10 minutes in between the last 2 jobs for a total of 5 daily.  4. Check your shop till If you put those codestones in your shop that you got from battling, and check each price with the Shop Wizard by refreshing the results a few times, you should be getting a decent amount of NP each day. Remember to check your Shop Till periodically to collect your profits!  5. Try your luck with the Fruit Machine You could win nothing, but you could also win NP, food or even a paintbrush! It's just 1 button click a day for a chance at winning big, and there's no risk of losing NP or harming your pet. As it says on the page, spin spin spin!  6. Take your anger out with Anchor Management Another button click that could net you (no pun intended) a doubloon to sell in your shop, a Pirate Paint Brush, a Pirate Petpet Paint Brush, or a Pirate Draik (or other species) Morphing Potion! Those sell for a pretty Neopoint, so start throwing those anchors!  7. Check the Forgotten Shore Another daily that could get you some good shop fodder! You have a chance to find a Pirate Draik Egg, a Pirate Paint Brush, or Pirate Petpet Paint Brush in the Discovered Treasure Chests the Forgotten Shore gives out, or win a Pirate Draik Egg or Pirate Krawk Morphing Potion directly! You could also win between 2,000-10,000 NP!  8. Solve the Mysterious Negg Cave puzzle Completing this puzzle allows you a chance to win a Red Poogle Morphing Potion or an Ultimate Icy Negg! There's a pretty big prize pool and most of it is junk, but those neggs sell for over 100,000 NP!  9. Explore the Faerie Caverns It does cost 400 NP to enter (and some luck!) but you could win some amazing and exclusive prizes, like Beautiful Glowing Wings, Faerie Caverns Stamp, Faerie Paint Brush, or a Patamoose! All of which sell for hundreds of thousands, or even millions of NP, so don't miss your chance!  10. Send a scarab through the Qasalan Expellibox For this one you'll either need to have Flash enabled or a direct link, which you can usually find on the Help Neoboard. While there is some risk of your pet getting an illness like Reptillioritus, you also have a chance at winning 150 Neocash every time you send a scarab through! It's pretty rare, but free NC is free NC! If you do get unlucky and your pet becomes sick, you can use the Healing Springs every 30 minutes until they are all better. And that's all of them! You may not win something super cool every day, but doing these 10 things on a regular basis should increase your chances. Not doing them at all won't win you anything, of course, so give them a try!
