Four Legged Friends (FLF) Fall 2017

     A: As the leaves change colour and the air turns to a cool, crisp breeze, it is time to check out some of the Fall 2017 NC customization items. This article is geared towards four-legged pets, so the items will mostly be backgrounds, foregrounds, garlands and trinkets.

     H: There have been some amazingly gorgeous items released this year, and of course, we are here to highlight the ones that work well on four-legged pets.

     A: Okay, let's get down to business! Hi there everyone! We are back with another edition of Four Legged Friends. Not familiar with us? Well, I (Amanda) am a huge eyrie fan and Hayley is a huge Gnorbu fan - we want to highlight wearables and show customizations that are specifically dedicated to four-legged pets!

1. Welcome to Fall Background (NC) | Release Date: September 12, 2017

Home, sweet home! Another gorgeous, warm background that gives you a homey feel. The neutral colours make it easy to use other Autumn-related items in your customization.

2. Fall Colors Background (NC) | Release Date: September 18, 2017

Are you someone who prefers a more eerie feeling when customizing for Autumn? You get all the beautiful colours of fog in this background, but also a small fog. There isn’t any animation in this background – so it won’t get too busy if you want to add a leafy garland or foreground!

3. Haunted Hayride Background (NC) | Release Date: October 18, 2017

Not everything during the Fall months is about red, yellow and orange! This eerie background gives a cool, Fall feel with some dark reds, blues and purples. The ghoul in the background is slightly animated, but it gives lots of room for animated foregrounds and garlands! Plus, if you wanted to cover the ghoul or jack-o-lanterns, you could use this background year-round!

4. Screamer Background (NC) | Release Date: October 30, 2017

Some people love the chilling feel of an Autumn graveyard! Take a step into this background, which brings you a full moon, screeching bats, grave stones and a creepy tree. There is heavy animation in this one, but there are plenty of standstill foregrounds that could add to this creepy scene!

5. Fall Picnic Background (NC) | Release Date: October 31, 2017

On a brighter note, this cute background reminds me of a sunny Fall day, when you’re walking around and see your neighbours’ homes decorated right before Halloween. It’s great if you want a take a break from spooky, eerie customizations, and want a happy, Fall-themed look!

The screamer foreground is a great, low-lying foreground if you’re looking for something creepy to fill up space in your Halloween customization. It’s got a tiny bit of animation – just enough to be the finishing touches to a great look! It layers well with other foregrounds, if you’re looking for a busy foreground.

Looking for a way to light the way? This foreground is a nice, eerie way to spice up your customization, just be wary of the spyders!

Is your pet dressing up as a witch or wizard next year? Do they have a knack for potion-making? This is a great, colourful addition to any Halloween costume – or any customization that wants a spooky, magic touch!

This cute little spooky trinket was popular this year! It is an automated trinket that not only adds to your customization, but gives your pet a new little friend!

2. Swirling Stack of Pumpkins (NC) | Release Date: October 24, 2017

This trinket sticks to the left side of your customization. It’s not animated, but gives an awesome fall-feel to any customization!

3. Black Bat Attack (NC) | Release Date: October 18, 2017

Add a little spooky animation to your Fall-based customizations! Bats are a great way to add to the customization, especially a night-time one, using one of the darker backgrounds posted above!

Although this trinket isn’t animated, it adds quite the spark to any spooky customization! Having both a foreground and background component, it is a great way to add detail to your already-awesome design!
