Chapter 2: Filling the Void
Baelia and Tavi reach Brightvale only to find strange creatures running amok and catch a glimpse of… someone fleeing the scene. Before they get a chance to find out who it is, Tavi is attacked!

Brightvale. Or at least I think it is… It’s not very bright right now, is it?

Maybe you’re right. He looks like he’s covered in the same stuff that’s in that weird floating space hole over Neopia. Wait, wasn’t Dr. Landelbrot researching that?

And the Council of Leaders, too. Queen Fyora was worried about it…

Okay. I’m going to the Council and this Dr. Ladle-bot guy, and then I’m going back to Neopia Central to find my brother. Thanks for your help.

Wait! You can’t just go alone. Do you even know where Altador is?

Altador? I’m not familiar with that land either... but I’ll manage.

No offence, but you didn’t even know we were in Brightvale. Come on, I’m an explorer, so I’ll make sure we all get to the Council and Dr. Landelbrot nice and quick. And you can use your, um… space magic or whatever it is to protect us!
