Draw the lower part of the Tuskaninny's body.

Finish the Tuskaninny's body shape by adding his tail.

Begin to form the Tuskaninny Sailor's arms by making an oval just below each of the lines you drew for his shoulders.

At the ends of the ovals you just made, add two small circles for his hands.
