Go to your shop and click on 'Shop Till'. You will now see how much you have in your till, type the amount you wish to withdraw from your shop and then click 'Withdraw'.

Where is the Academy in Neopia Central or in Faerieland?
Neither, it is on Krawk Island. You can get to this by clicking on 'Explore' and then 'Krawk Island'. The Academy is towards the bottom left of the map.

As long as you personally are not doing anything wrong on the computer, then no your account will not be frozen. We understand that many players use computers in public places, so we take a lot more into account than just where a person logs on from before freezing accounts.

No, this is the last time a question like this will appear for a long time. There are no codes for the hidden tower, no codes for fish neggs, no codes for petpets, no codes for paint brushes and no codes for faeries. In fact the only thing there are codes for is Tug-O-War. These codes just release extra characters, it doesn't make you win.

Anyone who claims to have a code is just a stupid scammer. Report them to abuse and the account they were posting that in as well as all their other accounts will be frozen!

If I am 12 now and I am going to have my birthday in another 2 days. When I have my birthday would it be updated to an account that is 13-17 years old or the account would remain 8-12 years old account?
