Conquering Faerie Evil: Part Four

Mint and Blueberry's Fall-out, and the Dark Faerie's Transmogrification Dust

In the morning, Mint and Blueberry wake up and immediately realise what they have to do. They run downstairs and into the garden to start training. Heather comes down a few minutes later. She is wearing a fighting uniform, an orange one with nave parts. She has a Japanese symbol on the back and front of her uniform within a white circle.

"It says 'In my NeoPet, I trust.'" Says Heather. She hands Mint and Blueberry identical uniforms but the symbol is different. "That symbol on your uniforms says 'In my owner, I trust.'" Says Heather grinning. "Shall we start?" asks Heather.

"Yes..." says Mint slowly, confidently.

"The first thing I am going to teach, is the Guard. What you do, his put your fists in front of your face and look between your fists at your opponent. Try this now." Heather commands.

Mint and Blueberry face towards each other and look at each other. They clench their fists put them in front of their faces and look at each other through their fists.

"The second move I'll teach you is how to punch. When you are ready to let down your Guard, you throw a punch at your opponent by swinging your arm round and hitting their jaw. Understand? Try it now," Heather commands.

Mint holds her guard, and while Blueberry is too busy watching Mint's face, Mint swings her paw round and hits Blueberry around the jaw, causing Blueberry to fall to the ground.

"Blueberry! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to do it that hard!" Mint yells.

Blueberry leaps up and punches Mint round her jaw, causing it to bleed. Blueberry just keeps punching and kicking Mint. Heather runs over and splits them apart.

"BLUEBERRY! GO BACK TO YOUR HOME! MINT! Are you OK?" Heather asks. Mint starts to cry and Blueberry runs back next door, angrily. Her owner, Amber, asks what's wrong. Blueberry completely ignores her and slams upstairs and into her bedroom.

Meanwhile, Heather has given Mint a Healing Potion III and Mint's wound heals.

"Why did she do that, Heather?" Mint asks Heather. "I didn't mean to hit her that hard." Mint says sadly.

"DON'T MOVE, MIDGET!" yells a loud, angry voice from the road. Mint sees Devil and Danté there. They move over to the fence and they jump over.

"Heather. They...are Devil and Danté," says Mint.

"I see..." says Heather. Heather then sees someone behind Devil and Danté, dressed in Black and Violet.

"It's you...!" Heather gasps.

"Yes...It's me. These are my pets..." says the figure. "And I am....the Dark Faerie."

The Dark Faerie cackles evilly as she sprinkles some black Dust onto Mint. Mint starts to shake uncontrollably then she starts to mutate.

"Mint! What's happening to you?" Heather yells with a scared voice.

The Dark Faerie, Devil, and Danté keep cackling.

"She will turn into a monster! You'll see!" They laugh and run off over the fence and down the road.

Meanwhile, Mint is mutating. Her fur grows as long, as long as a Jubjub's. Her eyes go all bloodshot. Warts and spots appear all over Mint's body. Cobwebs start to appear on Mint's wings. The claws on top of Mint's wings and Mint's teeth turn into solid steel spikes. Mint's mouth turns hairy. Mint's paws turn into sharp scythes, scythes that could cut a tree down in one slash. But then comes the smell. Mint starts to smell like a sewer.

Mint tries to talk but her voice is all deep and husky. "What have they done to me? I'm a monster!"
