Chibi_Ookami of Chelloadna

This story was inspired by "Lupina of Verdancia" and "Lupina Returns" written by thegreatlupelover.

Screaming, crying, that is all I heard. The pain I felt as I watched helpless pets run for their lives. I too was being chased. I breathed hard, cold sweat ran down my face. I reached down into my bag and pulled out my frost cannon.

“I am glad I bought this,” I said. I slowly picked up my frost cannon, aimed it at the Grundo and...BOOM!! It hit him right in the face.

“YES!!” I screamed as I continued to ran. I ran and ran until I reached a small hole in the wall. I final had a chance to breath. I watched as my friends and my family were taken away. Becoming mutant or changing into something else. I couldn't’t watch. I hide my head in my paws. I want to cry but I didn't.

There was a small puddle near by. I looked into the puddle and I say my reflection. I was a handsome fire Lupe. My name is Chibi_Ookami and I just came here for a visit.( I live in a far part on Mystery Isle called Chelloadna.) I just stared at it and keep asking myself, why? What have we done to deserve this? Just then, I saw a shadowed figure behind me.

“Who are you? Do you work for Sloth?” it asked.

“No. Of course not. Who or what are you?”

It slowly walked out of the shadow. Out of the shadows came a Aisha. Her hair and clothes were ripped and tore. “What happened?”

She looked up with her sad eyes. “My name is Ileke. One of the Grundos hit my sister with the beam. I tried to save her but it was no use.” I almost burst into tears. “I don’t know why this is happening to us,” she said. I wanted to comfort her but I knew I should let her continue. “Then, she and my friends, were cornered. I escaped and I ran in here.”

I didn't’t know what to say. Finally, it hit me. “There are 20,021,292 more NeoPets than Sloth. We can bet him! We can win! We can destroy Sloth once and for all!

All we have to do is round up as many pets as we can. I know the perfect guy for the job!”

After that, Ileke and I grabbed weapons and head off to find ‘the perfect guy for the job.’ Finally, Chibi_Ookami stopped.

“What is it?” Ileke asked.

I just smiled. “The perfect guy for the job,” I said. “Come on!” I yelled as I grabbed Ileke’s paw. “Hello Brucey B!”

A small green Bruce turned around. “Chibi_Ookami! What are you doing here?”

“We came here for your help. Sakhmet is being attacked by Sloth!”

“I know. I know. I have already discovered that. So, what do you need my help for?”

“Well, I need you to put up a tent and get as many NeoPets as you can to come and help battle. Ileke and I will go and try to stop him. Please Brucey B. You have to help us!”

Brucey B nodded his head. He turned around and started to run to find a tent.

“Come on Ileke. We have to find Sloth and try to stop him!”

“Wait a minute! Who said anything about stopping Sloth?”

“Come on Ileke. We have too. For everyone.”

“Let’s go.”

Ileke and I ran and ran towards Sakhmet. As they ran, horrible images of poor pets raced through my head. What you happened if we didn't’t make it? What will happen to Neopia? My heart beating faster and faster every second.

Finally, we reached it. The mighty city of Sakhmet but by the way we saw it, it was not’t such a mighty city after all.

“Come on Ileke. I know Sloth is in there. We can’t let him get away for hurting these NeoPets! Watch out Sloth, here we come.”

As we entered the city, we heard the cries of NeoPets I could see that the doors were blocked. Luck for me, Ileke brought some tip of weapon that dug holes. We searched and searched for a spot.

“Right here,” I pointed.

“All right. Stand back,” she said.

Huge pieces of dirt and mud flow everywhere.

“Ouch. Watch it!” I whispered.

Soon, we were in. We looked every way and tried to find Sloth. We searched and searched until finally we saw what looked like a palace. “That’s it. Come on.”

Ileke took out her frost cannon and blasted the door down.

“You go girl,” I said. She blushed. “Not a moment to lose.” Climbing and climbing, we must have climbed 20 fleets of stairs till we reached a room.

“This must be it,” she said. Then all of a sound...

“AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!” Ileke was blasted half way across the room. Then out of the shadows a mad man laughing came closer. “Sloth,” I said angrily. But the voice keep on laughing and coming closer.

I don’t know what happened next but all of a sudden, this huge rage came out of me. It was so strong that it blasted Sloth to his feet.

“What the heck is that?” he said. I just keep walking closer.

“Sloth, what you did to these NeoPets is unforgivable. Now you will pay!” I unleashed a huge source of energy which sent Sloth threw the wall. Then, I ran to Ileke. “Are you OK?” I asked.

“Yes, I’m fine.”

I ran down the stairs as fast as I could go while I carried Ileke. When we came out, there was Sloth and behind him was... Brucey B and 10,000 other NeoPets!

“CHARGE!!”

Soon, all the NeoPets were on Sloth, punching and kicking. Sloth was so weak that he couldn't’t do anything. Or that’s what we thought.

“You weak, stupid NeoPets. Did you every think you could defeat me? Unluckily for you, I have another trick up my sleeve.” And with that, he took his staff and pointed it to the ground.

“Oh no you don’t,” I said. I ran as fast as I could go and took the staff from Sloth, and bit it right in half.

“No!” screamed Sloth as he was thrown back into his ship. “You may have one the battle but the war is not over!” He started up his ship and he was never seen again.

Author’s Note: Ileke is a made up NeoPet and this may not be the way Sloth was really sent away but hey, it could happen.
