The Editorial section has changed. To make it more useful to everybody we have decided to take the most frequently asked questions we receive each week here so you can get a thorough answer straight away from one of the creators of NeoPets. Here are the most frequently asked questions NeoPets support received this week:

1 - When will quests be returned?
Quests are working fine. They are ALWAYS going to be random events. We can't have them back the way they were as they unbalanced the game by making it far too easy to raise your pets stats.

3 - When will the Neopedia be fully functional?
We will be adding to the Neopedia all the time but as you can understand it will take some time to create a complete encyclopedia of all things Neopian. As soon as we have a few more articles the search function will be active and then it will be fully functional.
4 - - Where is the market spoiler?
We removed the market spoiler as it was killing some of the fun. You need to find out what items are available yourselves, especially the rarer ones.
