To make it more useful to everybody we have decided to take the most frequently asked questions we receive each week here so you can get a thorough answer straight away from one of the creators of NeoPets. Here are the most frequently asked questions NeoPets support received this week:

1 - Can I give Neopoints to another player?
No, You cannot directly transfer Neopoints between accounts. If you want to help another user, give them a special item instead.
2 - How many items can your safety deposit box hold?
Your Safety Deposit Box can hold as many items as you wish. There is no limit.
3 - If I morph my NeoPet into another species, will its stats remain the same?
Yes, When you transform your NeoPet, it will keep any trophies, abilities, levels etc that it has earned.
4 - When does the Neopian Times come out?
The new issue of the Neopian Times is released every Friday.
5 - How do you get your article published in the Neopian Times?
If you have something that you think the rest of Neopia needs to hear, such as a great story, interesting article or top tips, just send it in to NeopianTimes@neopets.com along with your username. Each week the best articles are selected to be published on Friday.
6 - Will there ever be Faerie Food?
Yes, A Faerie Food shop will be added very shortly.
7 - Once I paint my NeoPet with a magic paintbrush, can I change its colour again?
Yes, You can change your NeoPets colour as often as you wish. Just use a Morphing Potion or another Magical Paintbrush.
8 - How do levels work? My pet is a level 9 if I bless it with a Dark Faerie what will it get?
When a Faerie blesses your NeoPet, it will get a certain ability. Some are very strong so your NeoPet needs to be at least a certain level to learn them. Providing your NeoPet is strong enough to learn, it will receive the most basic ability first. In order to get the top abilities, your NeoPet must know all the other abilities that come before it.
9 - Can I join a League?
The Leagues are special groups of people who will fight each other when the NeoPets Battledome Tournament launches. At the moment all the Leagues are full, but we will be adding more shortly.
10 - Where is the link to my Neodrive?
The Neodrive offer is now over, you cannot create a new account. If you already have a Neodrive you can still log into it by clicking on the link on the World page.
