1 - When can we build a home for our NeoPets?
You can begin building your very own Neohome
right now. There is one house per owner and it is completely up to you what it looks like, how it is decorated,
what size it is, where the doors are etc. You can even add different flooring, wallpaper and security systems.
Soon you will be able to add furniture, start building a garden and use all your gardening supplies. Keep checking
the New Features page for updates!
2 - What is a guild?
A guild is a club for people with similar interests. Each guild has its own member area where you can chat,
share photos and arrange battle times etc. There are thousands of different guilds that
you can join, but if there isn't a guild that suits you, simply create your own one. To find out more
about guilds, click here!
3 - How do I name my PetPet?
Go to Quick Ref (the page that displays
all your NeoPets and their PetPets). Click on your PetPet and you will be taken to a new page. Here you
can talk to your PetPet and give it a name.
4 - How do I get my picture shown in the gallery?
If you have done a NeoPets related picture that you would like to get published in the gallery, you need to
email it in to us. Simply drop an email to pics@neopets.com including
your username, a title for the picture and the image as an attachment. If you have drawn your picture by hand, you need to
scan in into your computer first.
5 - Help! Whenever I go to the Shop Wizard, a Faerie says I am cheating!
This is because you are on a quest. You can either complete the quest by collecting the item
the Faerie asked you to get, or you can refuse the quest. If you have forgotten what the item
was, or you want to give up, click on the Faerie Quests
link in Faerieland.
6 - Where is my NeoDeck?
We are getting ready to begin the Trading Card game so the link has been
moved to the games room. It is on the lower right hand side and looks like this:
7 - Can I change my password or username?
You cannot change your username once you sign up. You can change your password by going to the
Help Page and clicking on the 'Change your password'
link.
8 - My NeoPet is electric Blue, if I paint it with a Faerie Paint Brush will it still be blue?
No, It will turn into the Faerie version of your NeoPet's species.
9 - My caption doesn't show up!
When you enter the caption contest, your entry is stored along with everybody else. At different times
during the day, we go through and select the best ones to appear on the site. We have thousands of entries, so we
cannot display all of them. If your caption is selected, it will appear on the site.
10 - League Help
If you belong to a league, you can still fight other people, the same way as you did before you joined.
When the tournament opens, everyone that wants to enter must be a member of a League. Don't worry if you
are not a member at the moment. Lots more leagues will be opened in the near future.
