Lamsma and Jinxxie: The Cybunnynapping

"C'mon Jinxxie let's go to the pool now!" cried lamsma. Jinxxie and Lamsma were both best friends and they were both Poogles. Jinxxie was painted a beautiful Faerie color and lamsma was a lovely purple. Lamsma was desperate to go to the swimming pool where all the cool NeoPets go.

Jinxxie was waiting for her owner pepsi76 to come back from the store so that she could ask if she could go. "Just leave a note Jinxxie c'mon it's getting late and all the cool NeoPets are going to be gone!" Lamsma cried.

"I can't I have to wait. If I leave a note my mom might see it and then think that I shouldn't go cause it's too late or something," Jinxxie said.

"Fine you wait but I'm leaving," Lamsma said and then she walked away.

"No, wait come back!" Jinxxie shouted and rushed over to Lamsma.

"Fine I won't bother to wait. She might be caught up in traffic or something," Lamsma smiled and then said, "Good you've come to your senses!"

They both left hoping to meet new friends at the pool. When they got there, there was a sign that said: Must be 1000 hours or older to enter. Jinxxie and lamsma smiled at each other gleefully! This was wonderful! They weren't going to be stuck with little baby NeoPets there. They paid 200 NP each and went in. Lamsma and Jinxxie scurried over to the pool.

They dipped their paw in to see if it was cold and it wasn't. They scurried over to the deep end and both at the same time did a huge bomb dive. They started swimming and played tag with each other. It was so nice.

They looked around and saw this odd man dressed in black. He had a mustache. He wore a cloak and had the hood over his head. The two Poogles looked at him but ignored him. It seemed like he was coming closer. Closer to them or closer to the nice white Cybunny behind them. He waited by the side of the pool. Then whistled.

A green Skeith swam up beside them and waded over to the odd man. The man whispered in the Skeith's ear and all of a sudden called at Jinxxie and Lamsma. All three swam to him and he said in a croaky voice: "Wanna play tag?"

The Poogles looked at each other then over at the Cybunny. The Cybunny was shaking her head as if saying no but the two Poogles couldn't resist and agreed. The Skeith said again in the same croaky voice: "It'll be fun." He was looking over at the Cybunny. The Cybunny finally agreed and the Skeith said: "Okay, well why don't we play outside. I know a really dark place and we can play tag in the dark."

The Poogles looked at each other then at the Cybunny and said, "Sure!"

They got out of the pool dried themselves up and put on a sweater then ran outside after the Skeith He led them to a dark alley and said, "All right I'll hide and all of you try and find me. Count up to 100 first though."

The Poogles and the Cybunny started counting. "1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10... etc."

When they got up to fifty the Poogles heard a shrill scream. They looked around and saw the same odd man but he had the white Cybunny under his arm. The Cybunny kicked and screamed but the man wouldn't let go. He ran off and all of a sudden the Skeith who was playing with them grabbed Jinxxie and lamsma and screamed, "Run! Run"

The two Poogles looked at each other in horror. The Skeith was on the man's side and the man was stealing the Cybunny. The Poogles both kicked at the Skeith They kicked him in the stomach and he let go. He fell to the ground. The Poogles knew what they had to do. Run home as fast as they could at tell the Neopian police what they saw, They rushed home as fast as they could.

Jinxxie ran and bumped into her house. She screamed the password into the phone and the door opened. She bumped into Kirluca first and then Ainana and ran over to pepsi76. She hugged her owner and told her everything that happened. Quickly pepsi76 ran over to the phone dialed the Neopian police number and practically screamed into the phone and told the police what had happened.

The police had looked everywhere for the scammer who had stolen the white Cybunny but they couldn't find him. If only the Poogles had asked for her name. They never found who really stole the white Cybunny but Lamsma and Jinxxie secretly went back to the dark alley to see if they could find clues. It seemed that the scammer had stolen the Cybunny and gotten lots of NP. The Poogles never went out together without supervision from their owners again because that could happen to them.
