1 - Can I take furniture out of my Neohome?
Yes you can take furniture out of your
Neohome, this is a new feature that has
just been added.
2 - What is the latest on the Employment Agency?
The Emploment Agency is almost complete, we are just finishing up and testing everything.
3 - What do I do with my Job Coupon?
It is up to you, you can trade it or sell it to another player, or you can keep
hold of it and use it when the Employment Agency opens.
4 - How do I get my picture shown in the gallery?
If you have done a NeoPets related picture that you would like to get published in the gallery, you need to
email it in to us. Simply drop an email to pics@neopets.com including
your username, a title for the picture and the image as an attachment. If you have drawn your picture by hand, you need to
scan in into your computer first.
5 - If you don't belong to a league, can you still battle?
Yes, you can still fight other players even if you haven't joined a league yet. You will
need to be in a league to participate in the NeoPets Battledome Tournament, but you can
play friendly matches anytime you wish. If you are not in a league at the moment, don't panic,
more leagues will be added nearer the time.
6 - What is in a Booster Pack?
Booster Packs are small packets containing several different trading cards. You can either open
them straight away, or save them for later. The rarity of the cards inside depends on the type
of Booster Pack you have. Gold Booster Packs contain the rarer cards.
7 - Can I change my password or username?
You cannot change your username once you sign up. You can change your password by going to the
Help Page and clicking on the 'Change your password'
link.
8 - My caption doesn't show up!
When you enter the caption contest, your entry is stored along with everybody else. At different times
during the day, we go through and select the best ones to appear on the site. We have thousands of entries, so we
cannot display all of them. If your caption is selected, it will appear on the site.
