Here are the most frequently asked questions NeoPets support received this week:

1 - My tool bar in the 'shops' won't show up anymore! How can I fix this?
The Shops toolbar is now a flash animation, this makes it much faster to load and more interesting. If you cannot see the toolbar, you need to install the Flash plug in. It is free and only takes a couple of minutes to download. To get the plug in, click here!
2 - How do I check out from the NeoLodge? ?
At the end of your NeoPets stay at the NeoLodge, they will automatically be checked out and returned to you.
3 - I received "something just happened" message that said a sea captain has given me a treasure map(ultra rare item). I have no idea what it is or what to do with it. Can you please tell me what the treasure map is for or even just a little bit more information on this item?
You need to collect all nine different pieces of the treasure map to win great riches and rare items. This is part of our Treasure Hunt game. There are 5 different types of map to collect. You collect the map pieces in the same way as you would collect any item, some people will have them in their shops, you can win them and you can be randomly given them. When you have all nine pieces, go back to the Treasure Hunt page and you will receive your reward.
4 - I accidentally created two NeoPets and I don't want the second one, what can I do?
If you no longer want one of your NeoPets, you can give them up for adoption at the Neopian Pound. Here your NeoPet will be kept safe and sound until a kind person comes along and adopts it.
5 - How do I get a NeoBadge?
NeoBadges are small versions of your NeoPets that you can put in your shop or on your webpages. To get your very own NeoBadge and to learn more about them, click here!
6 - Are you really going to change all the NeoPets to those ugly things you put up last week?

7 - Can you rename your NeoPets?
No, I am afraid once a NeoPet is created, it keeps that name for its entire life, even if you have adopted the NeoPet from the pound.
