"Chelsto, look out, don't let him take you too!" Chelsti
was screaming herself hoarse.
Chelsto tried to run, but the shadow was faster and it
spoke again, "You can run, but you can't hide!" The evil laughter was
higher and soon it turned into a ear-splitting shriek. Silent screams
filled Chelsto's lungs and as he tripped on a rock and fell to the rough
floor, there was a bolt of lightning. Thunder crashed in the sky and Chelsti's
screams were louder than ever as a image of her floating away into the
sky appeared. Chelsto was crying as he felt himself fall into the rushing
river, "I'll never give up! I will never!"
"Chelsto!" voices were calling for him.
Chelsto woke up crying and sobbed, "I can't take it anymore!
It's killing me!"
Wheelz_2000 blinked and said carefully, "I - I think
it's time you see a doctor."
"What are you talking about?" cried Chelsto, "I am a
doctor myself!"
"I mean, therapy, you know," said Wheelz_2000 quickly,
"emotional and mentally, that kind of stuff."
Chelsto then stopped sobbing and he looked up into his
friends' eyes. They were all friendly as always, but sad and scared. Then
he realised something as he looked around him, "Congratulations Wheelz_2000,
for winning that battle, and - and I'm sorry I caused you two to stay
and wait for me. It's already late; let's go home."
"It's ok," said Floni, "we are just glad that you are
ok - well, in a way - and we are not going home yet."
"Why?" asked Chelsto feeling puzzled.
"We are taking you to a psychiatrist, a therapist," said
Wheelz_2000, "this has been way too serious to just forget it Chelsto."
Chelsto bit his lip and was about to protest when the
two friends put their palms to him meaning no "buts". Chelsto followed
as Wheelz_2000 and Floni accompanied him to the nearest Mental Hospital.
A Silver Shoyru - a lot of Shoyrus were nurses there - greeted them and
directed them to the waiting room at the 3rd floor where the DD section
(Dream Decoded Section) was. Chelsto sighed a lot and kept asking, "Can
we go home now?"
But he knew, they all knew, that they weren't going anywhere
till the problem was solved. As they sat waiting patiently - there was
a long line - Chelsto began to mutter quietly, "Wheelz, Floni, in the
dream, Chelsti was flying up, and I was dropping down into the river."
They were silent and then Floni said, "Maybe because
you miss her and feel that she's getting away from you more and more?"
"No, I think it's because she's just going on a trip
through the sky and you were going on a trip through the water and will
end up together somewhere else," said Wheelz_2000 firmly as he glared
at Floni warningly.
"No way," snapped Floni, "the dream obviously was about
two lovers leaving forever."
"Gawd, how dimwitted are you?" Wheelz_2000 snapped back
angrily, "they are obviously wanting each other but they are just on a
trip!"
Floni siezed himself up to Wheelz_2000 and said, "Wanna
take this somewhere else?!"
"Fine!" said Wheelz_2000 firmly standing up too.
The two didn't even notice Chelsto's pleas for them to
stop arguing and as they disappeared to the bathroom, Chelsto ran out
of the hospital. All I need really, thought Chelsto, is some
time alone to figure things out.
How long he ran, he didn't know. The sky was darkening
rapidly and Chesto ran towards one direction. He didn't realised where
he was running too till he ended up at Chelsti's house and found himself
banging on the door crying. The rain was hitting hard and Chelsto was
banging on the door for a long time that when he slipped down the door
to the floor, his hands were covered with blood. The door was also covered
with trails of blood and Chelsto cried and cried as the rain covered the
land and him. He was wet and cold, but too upset and scared to notice.
Then, without warning, a voice was calling, "Hey Chelsto,
over here!"
Chelsto looked into the dark road and saw a shadow of
Chelsti and he ran as fast as he could. He was almost there when a giant
hand about 3 feet tall grabbed Chelsti and lifted her into the stormy
sky. Chelsto was still running, but something was stopping him. Gravity
and force was no longer and Chelsto could not control what was happening
to him. He felt himself been lifted and taken to the river, and during
that, he could see Chelsti mouthing, "Chelsto!"
Chelsto felt his body falling into the rushing river,
falling, falling... gone.
