 | Begin Again: Part Three It feels drafty, even though it’s in the side of the mountain, and is the furthest room from the now-howling winds of the great outdoors. Lukirri grumbles, gets out of bed, and slumps over in front of the fireplace. She hates being alone. She wants to go talk to anyone – even if it’s Hedera – or at least watch her work. But she already knows that even trying would lose some of Hedera’s favor. Art by ellbot1998
by ellbot1998 | | The Legacy of the Black Pawkeet: Part Eight“Well what should we do now?” I asked Hannah as the Black Pawkeet once again pulled into the port on Krawk Island. We had made good time after rescuing her and Armin. It had only taken us a day to get back. “I’m not really sure.” Also by Medit92
by teamchao466 | | The Warrior Princss: The Coronation: Part FiveTerrence grimaced and continued.” Mara is my step-mom. She was always very kind and caring to us. Stephanie and I got along okay and we were a happy family. My dad never saw her betrayal coming, but I suspected something was up when she began to act in a strange manner. She became jumpy and nervous..."
by purplbrooke | | The Sisterhood of Terra and Phee: Part Two"All right, everyone! Single file! Stay with your groups, please. Terra, Phoebe, that means you two as well," the Pink Uni says. We obey, separating into our age groups, but it is from a desire to behave, not out of any kind of fear of punishment. Her voice, while firm, is far too cheerful to be truly terrifying.
by lizzy_beth_750551 | | The Gallant Return of Kathryn and Tobin: Part FiveBy the time we had completed the glass-bottom boat tour, it was only one o'clock, so I had two hours to kill before Daisy came over. Tobin asked if I wanted to explore the woods for snorkles that liked to root around in the undergrowth and leaf litter for truffles, but I was too mad at him.
by fields_of_gold | | The Trouble with Tridents: Part FourFiri and Sei left through the same air vent they had entered the Kelp restaurant through earlier. The Krawk had tried to follow them, but had gotten stuck in the ducts. Sei swam back and forth, worried about his trident, while Firi calmly collected her bag full of seashells behind the dumpster. Sei could not understand why Firi was so calm. Also by scherwoodz
by winterdreary | | Turning Pages: Part TwoA collective of sounds echoed about the room. Such a chorus of ‘ahs’ could only be compared to the pure delight of watching a rocket blast off to Kreludor for the very first time. A few of them even brushed their hands over the machine, taking note of its polished surface and pristine metal keys. Also by parody_ham
by warriorsrock965 | | After ACX: Part FourPart Four - Normal The door was forced open, and yet another Yooyu was plonked onto the floor. The room was heaving, bursting at the seams, but somehow everyone shuffled to make room for the newcomer. Also by lil_em06

Search the Neopian Times
Headlines "Friday: Burnout" by vanquishee It was a particularly windy Friday morning in Neopia Central. With a cup of Black Cherry Tea in her left hand, The Editor strode forward towards The Neopian Times Headquarters, the establishment that releases Neopia’s newspaper every Friday afternoon.
Being the Editor-in-Chief at the Neopian Times was possibly one of the most coveted positions in all of Neopia, right after Queen Fyora of course! Controlling the mass media was a weapon in itself as a single good review could catapult even the most mediocre restaurant to fame, like a certain restaurant in Maraqua. It was also the reason why she had to re-adjust her cap to hide her face, as a whole legion of NT fans had shown up to commemorate the upcoming issue.
