A lot of Neopians have noticed that the images were broken after buying the capsule when they were first released and then they got pulled from the NC Mall. Hi CQ! I brought some cookies for you, hope you enjoy it! So here's my question, I really enjoy drawing comics for NT and I tried to make one with animation (.gif), but the file size was higher than 200 KB (boooo), which is the maximum for comics. I'm wondering if there's a possibility to increase the maximum... Thank you!
First of all my out-of-date Neopian, this is officially Scrappy now. CQ has moved onto bigger and better things (within Neopia). However, as for the issue that is the maximum file size right now. If your comic is over that, we don't even get to see your submission so I would do your best to try to keep it within limits!

Hi TNT! Are there any plans to raise the limit from 99,999 NP for user shops? This was asked last year and I'm wondering if it's still in the works. It'd be a great addition to adapt to the smaller Neopets user base. Nowadays, it's hard to sell a lot of items even when discounting off TP price and posting on the boards, and for a buyer, hard to find a seller online to buy an item straight away. Sellers can get a fairer price for their items, and buyers can get items instantly. It would also make the SSW even more useful than it already is! Thank you!
Yes there have been lots of questions and updates with this over the last year! I can tell you that it's been in the works for quite some time and while I don't have an exact date for you I can tell you that we should see some changes fairly soon!!

I recently put up a gifting board for NC items I no longer use. I've done this several times before. This time though, I suppose someone reported it and when I got up the next day I found a "gentle reminder" from TNT telling me such boards were not permitted. The board was gone. I was simply trying to help fellow Neopians. I looked up some old editorials and it did say they are NOT permitted because it encourages begging. OK. So yesterday, someone else did the same thing and nothing happens to them. Board is still and I know a few people reported it.
I'm so sorry that happened! However, it's definitely not a black and white issue, it is pretty much up to the monitors discretion whether a board is crossing the line. Advice for the future, try to keep everything as much within the rules as you can.
