Tons of Fun With Birthday Wearables

      Christine: Hi, one and all! As Neopets’ birthday approaches once more, many Neopets are wondering what they should wear to the corresponding birthday party, or any birthday party, for that matter. Never fear, because I have gathered some impeccable birthday-themed wearables which will leave your Neopet feeling very stylish---

     Walda: ARE THERE BABY SIZES?!

     Christine: Yes, some, but not all, of these items are wearable by babies.

     Walda: Good...

     Ella: I could use a new dress, too. I have a party to go to...

     Christine: Then you’ll love what’s coming up. Without further ado, here are the wearables:

      ---Baby Birthday Dress---

      Walda: YAY!!! A dress for babies! Can I try it on?

     Christine: Sure.

      ---Walda grabs the dress gleefully, runs into another room with it, and emerges a few seconds later wearing the dress.---

      Ella: It looks great on you!

     Walda: Thank you. Are there Dyeworks versions of this item?

     Christine: Not yet, I’m afraid.

     Walda: *huffs* I WANT...

     Christine: Then maybe write a letter to Loic, the Rainbow Tonu who runs the Dyeworks stall in the NC Mall.

     Ella: But don’t be demanding about it...

      ---Birthday Bounce House Background---

      Walda: *immediately jumps into the bounce house* WHEEEEEEE!!!

     Ella: Well, that’s one way to keep her occupied and burn off energy at the same time. Looking after a child is really hard work...

     Christine: I’ve seen you super flustered at times...I can imagine. Time to relax and get something to eat while we watch the child---

      ---POP!!!---

      Christine: ...bounce.

      ---Unfortunately, Walda has broken a hole in the bounce house, and it deflates, sinking to the ground.---

      Walda: LAME!!!

     Ella:. ...Is there such a thing as a bounce house which can withstand her maximum strength boost?

     Christine: I don’t know...Maybe enchanting it with faerie magic would work?

     Ella: Too late now...It’s busted.

     Walda: BUY ME A NEW ONE!!! WAAAAHHHH!!!

     Christine: The next one will break, too...

     Walda: Good point...

      ---Birthday Cake Topper Foreground---

      Walda: YUM!!! *chomps into cake*

     Christine: Just don’t burn your mouth on the...

     Walda: OWOWOWOWOWWWW!!! HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT, HAAAATTTT!!!

     Christine: ...candles.

     Ella: Oh, Fyora, her hair is on fire, too! Quick, where’s some water?!

      ---Walda grabs her Sword of Tawre and uses it to produce a wave of water, which puts out the fire.---

      Ella:...Phew.

     Walda: Now my HAIR is RUINED!!! WAAAAHHHH!!!

     Ella: Don’t worry. It’s nothing that they can’t fix at the Grooming Parlour. I’ll take you there later.

     Walda: Thanks...My mouth hurts, too.

     Ella: Okay, here is some ice cream. ---hands Walda some vanilla ice cream---

     Walda: ---pouts--- WAAAAHHHH!!! I WANTED CHOCOLATE!!! WAAAAHHHH!!!

     Ella: Vanilla ice cream is still good...Take it or leave it.

     Walda: *eats ice cream* This is actually really good for vanilla, anyway...

     Ella: See, I told you so!

      ---Chocolate Birthday Cake Suit---

      Walda: *eyes light up* Is this made of real chocolate? *chomps into suit* I guess not... Is it at least wearable by babies?

     Christine: No, sorry.

     Walda: LAME!!!

     Ella: Clothing made of real chocolate would melt right off your body...It wouldn’t be functional.

     Walda: Well, you could wear this lame piece of garbage around the house, I guess. I’d be embarrassed to wear it to the Chocolate Ball...

     Ella: ...To which you’re not invited, since you always get wound up and cause a scene...

     Walda: I know...NO FAIR!!!

     Ella: Honestly, I’d rather wear a dress to the Chocolate Ball than the suit.

     Christine: Ella, talking about the Chocolate Ball is only taunting Walda...

      ---Ella turns around, and Walda is huffing and sulking in a corner, with her back facing Ella.---

      Ella: The answer will always be no.

     Walda: *looks up at Ella with puppyblew eyes*

     Ella: ...Admittedly, I’m starting to feel guilty about banning her from the Chocolate Ball...Look at that face!!!

     Christine: Yeah, she’s cute until she stuffs her face with chocolate like an Ownow, runs around the ballroom, and causes a massive, embarrassing scene...

      ---Ombre Birthday Dress---

      Christine: Ella, here is a perfect dress to wear to the Chocolate Ball.

     Ella: I know...It’s perfect! I love the rose gold sequins.

     Walda: Soooooooo sparkly...Does it come in baby sizes?

     Christine: No, sorry.

     Walda: ...Soooooooo LAME!!!

     Ella: You’d spill food all over it anyway...and it wouldn’t come out of that white fabric.

     Christine: Good point.

     Ella: Anyway, I’ll wear it to that party I’m going to, or maybe to the next Choc---

     Walda: I WANNA GO!!! WAAAAHHHH!!!

     Ella: No. Maybe you can go to a party for Neopets’ birthday instead. But NO CHOCOLATE!!!

     Walda: *pouts* CHOC---

     Ella: Take it or leave it.

     Walda: *sighs* Okay.

     Ella: Great! Just don’t bully your friends like you did last time... (Storytelling 858)

      ---Rainbow Birthday Cake Slice---

      Ella: So many dazzling colours! I wonder what it will taste like?

      ---Walda lunges for the cake, but Ella stops her.---

      Ella: Don’t burn yourself on the candle, Walda!

     Walda: *blows out the candle and chomps into the cake* It tastes like sugar!

     Ella: I know that...Can you be more specific?

     Walda: Vanilla...BOOOORRRRIIIINNNNGGGG!!! I wish it were CHOCOLATE!!!

     Ella: Fine, I’ll eat it. *takes a bite* This is REALLY GOOD...Walda, your massive sweet tooth has you SPOILED!!!

     Walda: I demand only the BEST CHOCOLATE...Chocolate Ball? Pleeeeaaaasssseeee? *puppyblew eyes*

     Ella: *sigh* No, we’re not going through this again.

      ---Conclusion---

      Christine: ---turns to pets--- So, what were your favourite wearables?

     Walda: The Baby Birthday Dress, since I can actually wear it! Dyeworks, NOOOOWWWW...

     Ella: Walda, that’s not a nice way to ask. ---turns to Christine--- Anyway, my favourites are the Ombre Birthday Dress and the Rainbow Birthday Cake Slice.

     Christine: My favourite was the Ombre Birthday Dress, too. Anyway, if you’re seeking to look fabulous at a party, such as a birthday party for Neopets, these items are great wearables for you to enjoy. Just don’t be tempted to devour the cake on your way to the party. (There will be plenty to eat once you get there.)
