 Pet Name: Fuzzy_Eclipse Owner: _the_spardel_queen_ Breed: Aisha About Fuzzy_Eclipse: Fuzzy_Eclipse is my plushie aisha, the last unconverted aisha to complete my family. It took me over a year to find him, as they are very rare, but thanks to a good friend named Pixie my dream came true. His story was inspired by my personal journey to get him. Although the term 'dream pet' is thrown around a lot, Fuzzy_Eclipse was really a dream for me. I decided that for his story, he would have a dream, too. And when I thought of the idea of putting alien aisha clothes on a plushie aisha, the 'Spaceship Dreamer' story was created. --- 3...2...1...BLAST OFF! I don't know what started it. My obsession with space, that is. Maybe it was that time when I was really little, and I watched a rocket blast off into space. It was the most incredible thing I had ever seen. When everyone left the launch pad, I discovered something they had left behind. One of the aliens left behind their necklace, with a golden nerkmid pendant on it. It is one of my most prized possessions, as it belonged to a real spaceman. The aliens had always been my heroes. My idols. I wanted to be just like them. Just the thought of "Fuzzy, the astronaut", brought a smile to my face. The walls of my room were covered by tacked up drawings of rockets, aliens, spacemen, and the moon. Books about space covered my desk. Anyone who knew me well knew that I would read every chance I could. I read so many Kreludor books in fact, that I got a trouphy for it. Some people call me crazy, but when I dream, I dream big. And my only dream consists of me in a rocket ship, flying to the moon. But, intergalactic laws forbit it. For I was not created to be in space, the alien aishas were, and I was not one of them. But, I wouldn't give up. The aliens from Mission 1 had just returned, and they had an autograph signing. I met Moxi, a beautiful pink alien aisha who saw how desperately I wanted to go to space. So she came up with a plan. She disguised me as an alien, covering my patched fur with green paint, giving me extra ears and detailing out a red triangle on my head. I even adopted a new name, Eclipse. I went through recruitment, and the others instantly saw right away how committed I was. The names were announced of the aliens who would travel to Kreludor on Mission 2, and my name was there in big bold letters. When the day came, I put on my disguise and put a suit on Pixie, my plushie warf. He stayed hidden in one of my bags, because he dreamed of seeing Kreludor, too. We left to board the ship, and I saw hundreds of people outside the gates waving and cheering. I waved to the small children with their faces pressed up against the gate, for I was in their shoes once. I climbed the ladder, and set off on my first adventure. Well, long story short, it wasn't long until me and Pixie were discovered. But, they weren't mad. In fact, the reason other Neopets besides aliens weren't allowed is because they didn't even know if we could withstand the pressure of the Kreludor atmosphere. But, we could with no problems. This opened a gateway for other dreamers to come to space. Me and Pixie went on to complete Mission 2, and then 3, 4 and now 5. We have written a series of books together and are hoping to write many more about our findings. I must return to my cabin now. I hope you will find me a suitable candidate for your spotlite contest.
