Now, I know I�m not very old, in fact, I�m the youngest in the family, but I still think I�m old enough for the Battledome! Unfortunately my mom thinks other wise. I set down to hear the stories my older brother, Zeus, and sister, Flareion, tell about their latest battle, I couldn�t help but be amazed! All the excitement and horror. I couldn�t bare myself! Then one day, to my family's surprise and mine, I was challenged by a green Grundo! I was overjoyed, to think that I would finally be able to tell the tale instead of listening to it! I begged my mom to let me go. All she said was �we'll see�. My brother Grahams kept on saying if I got to go to the battledome them why shouldn�t he! Mom just told him to be quite. I could tell mom was thinking hard. She knew I really wanted to go but she also knew I was too young. Then Flareion, being the bright one she is, said,�Why don�t we look at the challengers stats, and decide from there.� �That�s a great idea,� said Zeus. When mom looked up the Grundo�s stats she got a worried look on her face and I could tell why. The Grundo�s stats were better then mime but not by much. �He has 3 more hit points then you Pan!� said Grahams. (I had only 5!) Mom looked at me sadly, but before she could speak I told her how badly I want to go. Reluctantly she said yes. I�ve never jumped so high! My brother and sister exchanged nervous looks. Grahams just stormed upstairs saying something about how unfair it was. But I didn�t care, I was going to the Battledome!

The day we got there I was a little shaky. Mom carried me in her arms the whole way there. My siblings wished me good luck. I was grateful they were there. The days before the battle they have been teaching me their special moves. It took me awhile before I mastered them. But I felt ready for this, I was going to win, I could feel it! Mom hugged me goodbye and wished me luck. Even Grahams said to break a leg.

I saw my challenger come out. I looked him straight in the eyes. Then the battle began! I started with Grand Lightening Beam and threw a Wet Snowball. I hit right on target, I got him down to 3 hit points! Almost there I thought. Then out of the blue, he hit me. I felt so dizzy. I struggled to get up. Once I got my balance, I hit him with another Grand Lightening Beam and decided to protect myself with Large Metal Shield. It worked! I got him down to 1 hit point! Just one more hit I said. Then he hit me but I was ready for it. I blocked his attack with my shield but still managed to get a little damage done to me. I looked up and saw we both had one hit point left. This move will determine it all! We both hit at the same time. He got a jolt from my Lightening Beam as I used Improved Defence and my Shield to block his attack. I didn�t feel a thing! After awhile I looked over my Shield I saw my challenger laying on the ground. I heard a large roar from the crowd and saw my family running toward me. I had done it, I now have a story to tell!
