1 - Why have my books started to disappear in a puff of smoke?
We noticed that there were huge numbers of discarded books lying about Neopia.
To keep books valuable they are now all magical and will disappear once you have
read them to your Neopet. This is not a bug, it helps to keep the game balanced.
2 - Where is the Smoothie Shop?

3 - The people who are *renovating* the employment agency aren't fast enough!

4 - How do you get your NeoPets adopted?
If you wish to abandon one of your faithful NeoPets, for whatever reason, just go to
the Neopian Pound. Here Dr_Death
will take care of your NeoPet until it finds a good home. If you abandon your NeoPet you could
always try posting its name on the message boards or creating a notice board to try to get kind
hearted people to adopt it.
5 - How do you get your article published in the Neopian Times?
If you have something that you think the rest of Neopia needs to hear, such as a great story,
interesting article or top tips, just send it in to NeopianTimes@neopets.com
along with your username. Each week the best articles are selected to be published on Friday.
6 - Where are the Faerie Quests?
The Faerie Quests page has been moved to Faerieland. Its is on the Faerie City map.
7 - How do I quit a guild?
Go back to the 'Guilds' page and when you go to your guild you should be able to see
a link on bottom left hand side that says 'Leave this Guild'. Clicking this will mean you
are no longer part of that guild and are free to join another.
8 - I have changed my email address, how do I update this?
Click on 'Help' in the yellow side bar. You will see an animated button that says
change your password/preferences. Click on that button. Now you can enter your new
email address. You will need to enter your password in order to change any of your personal
information.
9 - Why was Neositting banned?
Neositting is purely used as a scam to get other people's passwords. There is no need for a Neositter.
If you do not want to leave your NeoPet to fend for itself, you can always use the
Neolodge. The Neolodge can
book your NeoPet into a variety of establishments including many 5 star hotels.
10 - Where is the Neggery?
The Neggery is in the Ice Caves. It is the Negg-shaped building on the bottom left hand side.
