The Latest Stars in NeoPop

Welcome!!! I am Kauson Dally, host of NMTV's popular show Total Request Live. Here is a look at some of the popular stars of Neopian Music over the past year.

*NSKEITH: Now this is one popular band indeed!! Ever since their debut album, *NSKEITH, the Usuls and Unis have been wild over them. Recently, their second album, LOTS OF STRINGS ATTACHED, held the record for most copies sold in a week, 2.99999999999999 million. The new album holds such hits as "Hi Hi Hi" and "It's Gonna Be Him". Will *NSKEITH hold on to their record this year?? Will they be a major flop and be forgotten?? We'll just have to wait and see folks.

Hokoi: You're probably thinking, "Who's she?" Well, Hokoi entered this year with a bang and a hit song, but now no one remembers her. Her hit song, "Another Dumb Pet" was on the radio stations for so long. Also, Britney Spear-A-Roo became famous, along with Christina Acaralera. And they had more than one hit song. So Hokoi's already out!! Will she comeback????

Britney Spear-A-Roo: Now you've heard this name!! Who hasn't? Every little Cybunny wants to be her. Her album, Blumaroo One More Time, was fantabulous, and everybody has a copy. Little were they prepared for her latest greatest most wonderful piece of music, OOPS I Didn't Do It Again. No need to tell you how the world reacted. Many rumours are said of her relationship with Juskeith Kikolake of *NSKEITH. Recently she announced to the world that they together. Will they stay together? And will Spear-A-Roo have another wonderful album?

Backstreet Buzzes: Now these are *NSKEITH's greatest rivals. They've put out more albums and have just as many fans. There was their debut album, and the critically acclaimed, Neopian Standard Time, and now, Black and Blue Paintbrush. While it doesn't contain as many great songs as Neopian Standard Time, it does have a few great hits, namely, Minute. Who will win this battle of boy-pet-bands? I'm down for *NSKEITH, but I may be wrong.

Christina Acaralera: Britney Spear-A-Roo's biggest contender, aside from Mynci Moore and others. She's put out only two albums, a Christmas one, and her debut album, Acaralera, and My Owner's Kind of Christmas. Also, there is what is considered her best song, "Faerie in a Bottle". Also, the music video is great too. What do you reckon? In or out? Well, these were some major acts of 2000.
