The Solsi Project

A new hero has come to Neopia, campaigning for Honesty in Neopian Shops, Guilds, and Owners- Solsi Kougra. Lets see what he has to say about the Neopian world, and how he intends to change it for the better:

(Solsi) If you are a cheater, beware! NeoPets closes down guilds and freezes the accounts of owners that are caught cheating.

Even if you are not caught, what is the fun in cheating? Neopians can succeed, the honest way! I have been hard at work adventuring throughout Neopia, and keeping a careful diary of my finances. You can read about my adventures on my pet page, and see how you too, can succeed the honest way.

The rich Vs poor debate has been going on for so long, it is high time to end it by example. Wake up, folks- there is no such thing as a poor Neopian. Every Neopian has the ability to be successful and rich the honest way if they put a little effort into it, and make wise decisions. If you are so poor that you cannot feed your pets, take them to the Soup Faerie, then play some games to raise NP. My owner keeps me fed for under 20 NP a day! It's not that hard to keep your pet fed.

If you have too many NP to go to the soup Faerie, buy baby food or vegetables from the main food shops. If you can't find a time when there's food in the main shops, or your connection is too slow to grab any, search for organic vegetables, smoothies, vegetables, or donuts on the Shop Wizard. These foods are low in cost (often 10 or 15 NP, sometimes even less!) and we pets love them!

If you are a shop owner, you have a responsibility to your fellow Neopians to conduct an honest business. I don't see anything wrong with making profit, and that supply and demand will sometimes drive prices up. You can still make a difference by pricing your items 5 or 10 percent lower than the lowest price on the shop wizard at that time. You will be giving someone a bargain, and other shops may lower their prices to keep competitive so you can help the economy!

Guild leaders have an even greater responsibility. As the leader, people look up to you and will follow your example. If you stand for honesty, and make sure your guild is free of cheats, hacks, and trouble makers, you can make a big difference in the Neopian world!

Some guilds have been encouraging their members to share cheats, or to go join other guilds under false accounts to be harassing, mean, or spy. This is not only dishonest, it's downright mean! Never do this, and leave any guild that has such policies!

Be honest in the Battledome, too. Don't just send in your super powerful pet to bully those pets that are younger and weaker. Fight fairly, and fight pets that are close to your strength. And don't withdraw if you are losing.

Above all, never visit any Web site, guild, or shop that gives links to hacks, cheats, or other such bad things. Don't ever use these hacks or cheats--they could get your account frozen, and then where would your beloved pets be? Besides, it's much more satisfying to know you succeeded honestly!
