1 - Can we have more than one stock?
Yes, in the Neopian Stock Market
you can own any number of stocks in as many companies as you wish.
2 - Where are Neocircles?
This question is answered in the new Help Section.
The answers to most of the common questions are there. You just need to type in a keyword. e.g if you are
looking for Neocirles, type in the word 'neocircles'.
3 - My Neopet is dying, what do I need to do?
You need to feed your Neopet a lot of food and play with it. Slowly it will be nursed back to full health.
Neopets only start dying if they have been neglected. Try spending a little more time with your Neopet.
4 - How can you tell if your Neopet is ill?
If your Neopet is suffering from an illness, you will be able to see this when you go to
'Quick Ref'. Click on your pet's name in the yellow side bar. If your Neopet is ill, you will
see a rather beaten up, sad looking version of your normally happy pet. It will say what your
NeoPet is suffering from underneath your Neopet. Go to the
Hospital to find out how to cure it.
5 - Where is the vending machine?
The Alien Aisha Vending Machine (AAVM) is on the second shops map. Click on Shops in the
yellow toolbar, then click on more shops. The vending machine is towards the top of the map.
6 - If my pet has a pet and I don't want it to have it anymore, how do I get
rid of my pet's pet?
Click on the Petpet's picture when you go to Quick Ref. (click on your neopet's name in
the yellow side bar). A new page will load. At the bottom of this page you have the option to
stop playing with the petpet. Click this button and the petpet will be returned to your items.
7 - How do I find out what the Neopian months are called?
You can find out what the time is, what month it is and what special days are coming up by
clicking on 'World' in the yellow toolbar. At the top of this page is a link to the
'Calendar' which has all the information about the Neopian Year.
8 - Where are Uni Meadows and the Thieves District?
These are just made up places for the guilds. You cannot actually take your NeoPet to them.
9 - Why does my guild logo have to be a gif or a jpg?
Bitmaps (bmps) cannot be viewed by all browsers and they are huge. It is much better to
optimise them to a gif or jpg so that they will look better and load faster.
10 - How do I get rid of my Neohome?
You need to remove all your furniture and demolish all your rooms. You do not get
refunded for the money you spent building it, so only do this if you are 100% sure you
do not want your Neohome.
