The Poor For a Week Project

by buttercupppg

I've decided to do something that most people experience everyday, or that some of have experienced, and would like to forget. But they're out their, poor Neopians. I deposited everything NP I had in the bank and will go for a week just by living on my winnings from games, like I did in the beginning.

Start Amount of NP: 0 NP

Today, I started the poor for a week project. At first I found 10 NP on the ground, but, since I'm not used to such little NP I instantly spend it on games like poker and blackjack till I finally realized, that’s not the #1 way to get NP. So I went to play Kacheek Seek for a while and was soon up to 57 NP! This may seem like little NP now, but giving the state I'm in that’s a lot!

Kacheek Seek is getting boring and bingo goes too fast. I am not accustomed to this lifestyle! I’m used to my simply, middle class Neopian lifestyle, this is so different, so hard!

I’m actually getting the hang of these games! This is starting to make me wonder how much NP I’ll have from interest in my bank account, but I promised not to even go near my bank account this week.

Sorry I couldn’t get on yesterday. I bought some toys for my pets and hit 0 NP again, and THEN the ghost comes and steals 50 NP, so I’m –50 NP!

I sold some stuff from my shop and played more Kacheek seek and I’m now at over 500 NP!

Well the project has come to an end. It was a great experience, and though it was hard at first, it’s not impossible. I think my pets got pretty tired of it after not eating near as much food for a week! End amount of NP: 523 NP

All in all I say the project was a success! I got really good at some games and made more NP than I thought I could at the start. If you want, try this on your own sometime, I think you’ll find it’s a lot harder than it sounds, but in the end, you learn a lot and get pretty good at some games. Have fun.
