| Janet and Jane: The Case of the Framed Detectives: Part SixEither he was very clueless or he was buying some time for something. No matter what, my mind wouldn't change. He was caught.
by chasing_stars44 | | Duplicity: Part NineAt the royal library, Lisha shuffled through legend after legend where any demons or wraiths were mentioned. She had already amassed a tower of books on the identification of so-called “evil” magics and spells, which had grown so large its structural integrity was faltering. The books she had read were thrown in a huge pile on the ground.
by likelife96 | | Lord Faerigan - Fyora's Role in the Meridell Wars: Part FourDear Queen Fyora, I am deeply troubled about Lord Darigan. It seems that he is under the influence of the orb or some other dark magic. In a brief moment of sanity, he said there were voices in his head. Other times, he’s overcome by rage, threatening to take out King Skarl and the entire Meridell Army. Everyone has tried to talk sense back into him but it doesn’t seem to be working.
by black_skull725 | | Sir Tormund Ellis: A Documentary: Part ThreeTor was the first person I saw after I had fallen from Faerieland, and I'm honestly really glad about that. Partly because a huge part of me was worried that everyone else in the kingdom had been possessed the way my mentor Seradar was, but also because, honestly, I don't know how I would have survived that first monster attack without his help.
by theschizophrenicpunk | | Never Again, Spiced Apple Pie: Part TwoCommander Hyren knew he at least couldn’t secure the base from here. Suppressing a moan, he moved for the door and it slid open to reveal a darkened, deserted hallway. If engineering wasn’t going to answer, he’d just have to go to them himself.

Headlines "Not Always as it Seems" by extreme_butterfly Lilly the Ixi grew up as a wealthy pet. She always had the most expensive customizations, her stats were always on top and she had her wings professionally groomed so that they'd glisten as she flew across Neopia. Even the Faeries were jealous of her beauty.
Although she was really wealthy, Lilly still had to attend the only school in Neopia. She'd prefer a private school, but Lilly had to admit that she didn't mind all eyes being on her every day. However, she wanted and insisted that no other pet sit beside her.
One day as Lilly flew into class and took her seat, she noticed the seat beside her had been occupied and their eyes was staring at her.
"Ugh, what are you doing in that seat? No one is to sit there. No one has ever sat there before. Take a picture it will last a lot longer, but I will have to charge you for it!" Lilly exclaimed as she took out her mirror to glance at herself.
The pet sitting beside her simply dropped their head and stared at the desk. Lilly took a closer look at the pet and noticed it was a female Blumaroo. Her clothes and hooded robe was tattered, and she looked as though she visited the Soup Kitchen often. The Blumaroo looked different than the other pets in school. Her fur looked nice but the clothes was a totally different story. They looked like she had got them from the money tree.

Usuki Singing Stars #29: Sparkles Be Not Proud “Scary! Look! Look! Look!” Sparkles chanted, rushing into the living room. The pink Bruce eagerly waved an envelope over her head. “Look at what I got in the mail today!!!” she gasped. “Don’t tell me you actually got fan mail,” Scary groaned. The purple Bruce flipped through her fashion magazine, not bothering to look up. “Or is it another NT rejection letter?”

Food For Lunch! . "Oh, Lunch," she replied, "you wouldn't like shopping, you're far too timid for those busy shops. Look at how everyone is pushing past one another, just to get the most expensive things on sale! No, you wouldn't like it one bit." They were sitting on the grass by the fountain of the Neopian Neolodge. A crowd had formed outside the nearby post office.

Petpet Matching for the Permanently Indecisive Have you ever looked at a pet, paired with their petpet, and thought "They're perfect together!" only to do it yourself and find that "perfect" match to grow stale in a short time, maybe it just didn't "work" with their character, or maybe you just flat out decided you didn't like it? Ladies and Gentleman, I am here to state loud and clear you are not alone.

Scientific Highlights: The Crokabek Little is known about a majority of the Petpet species living in Neopia. For some, such as the Crokabek, this knowledge gap is particularly large. What is considered common knowledge in terms of their biology, including that of their disease vector status is, at best, a partial truth.
