     #1 - Halloween Gift Card

     Spooky design aside, nothing says "I know nothing of your hobbies and interests' quite like a gift card for a store nobody likes. Your Neopet will secretly wish you'd given them the pure Neopoints instead, you know, seeing as they'd actually be able to spend them without restriction. Seriously - don't give anyone one of these.

     2 - Blue Gnorbu Wool Jumper

     I know it's cold outside but that doesn't mean your Neopet should suffer the consequences of your poor taste in fashion. These jumpers are incredibly itchy, unflattering, and they're supposedly not even manufactured using real Gnorbu wool! If you really want to buy your Neopet some new clothes this holiday season, there are far more stylish and sustainable options out there. We promise.

     3 - Pebble

     Some would call it a piece of minimalist decor, we would call it a totally boring and uninspiring gift. The only reason we've ranked it 3rd is because everyone has one for some reason, and so if your Neopet is eager to follow trends, we guess it's not the worst gift out there? Please note that the Pebble must not be confused with a Rock, which is a Petpet. They are two very different things...

     4 - Bonfire Play Set

     This ‘toy' seems innocent enough until your Neopet is left to play with it unsupervised. We suppose it could be a useful tool to teach survival skills, if those survival skills entail escaping from your burning NeoHome. One unfortunate soul who made the mistake of buying the Bonfire Play Set had this to say: "Thanks to this toy, my Fire Draik and I are now in search of a new Neohome. It is absolutely the manufacturer's fault that this has happened."

     5 - A Petpet

     Petpets bring so much joy and laughter to our lives, but under no circumstances should they be given to your Neopet as a Christmas gift. They require a lot of care and attention - and your Neopet might not be ready for the responsibility! Remember: a Petpet is for life, not just for Christmas...

Jaws will drop and tea will be spilled. The Janitor's writing style is as engaging as it is thought-provoking. Even your least bookwormly Neopets will be desperate for a sequel. (Rumour has it a multi-million-NeoPoint, 3-part documentary based on this book is in the works, but you didn't hear that from us)!

     5 - Faerie Winged Headphones

     Are these headphones pricey? Yes. Do they offer unrivalled sound quality and style? Absolutely. The only real downside is that they're extremely difficult to track down.
