Hi CQ! Last week, a user asked if they could give their neofriends some of their NP. However, you said this was not allowed. I was always under the impression that it was absolutely fine to give items/NP away as long as it wasn't an ANNOUNCED giveaway (which would encourage begging). Is this a change in the rules? I did not say you couldn't send items as gifts, that is perfectly okay! I was specifically saying we don't want people sending others all their neopoints, so users still have to work for things themselves. There was no change in rules - just apparently poor wording on my part.

So this is something that has been off and on in the works for a long time (like, before my time long time). It's something we have started up again though, and have a staffer assigned to and everything. Something like this is a big long project, so I don't have any kind of timeline for you yet, but it's on our radar!

Will Vandagyre's ever be able to wear clothes? I have a cute baby Vandagyre and so many clothes to customize but she can't wear them :c Please let them wear clothes! -Casey
So Vandagyre's (including baby ones) can wear all clothes that have or will come out after their release, but we do not retrofit clothing items to fit pets released after the fact - it would just be way too much for our artists. Sorry!

Hello! I had a question! If someone was to list other peoples pets, but that person did NOT get permission at ALL to list them from the owners, is that against the rules? I know that we cant advertise others pets for trading and such, but what if they just put it the names of the pets up right away on a petpage? No permission and not even letting the owners know about it. (If this makes it, please remove my UN) ~ username removed
Hi! So I'm not totally sure the situation entailed here, but if you feel your pet was listed somewhere for trade without your permission and the user will not remove your pets name, please report the page so we can look into it!

Dear TNT, *throws neopets confetti* For your birthday a couple of years ago you updated the site by increasing np limits in the Auctions as well as on the Trading Post, bringing these features up to snuff with the way the economy as evolved over the years. One main thing was left out at the time: User shops. Please raise the max price in a user shop from 99,999np to something like 250-500k. Since overall site activity has declined it has become increasingly difficult to find active users selling many of the items we want on the TP, making the items seem rarer than they actually are. A higher shop limit would increase accessibility for a lot more items, whether a seller doesn't log in often, goes on a long hiatus, or is simply too lazy to keep reposting trading lots as they expire. Hi! *dances in confetti* This is actually an open issue right now that we've looked into and made some progress on. It's not quite there yet, but increasing the limit is definitely something we're onboard with :)
