Pet Name: TheGreenGroove Owner: annnoel3 Breed: Buzz About TheGreenGroove: My name is Green, and I am a mage. I've been doing magic since I was only 7 years old, and I've always known that being a mage was what I was meant to be. During my time as a mage, I've casted numerous spells ranging from fire to healing spells, but there was one spell in particular that I did as a kid that I consider to be my most powerful to date, and that was bringing my plush Twinch to life. I created him around after a year of magic training. My teacher wanted me to cast a spell that required a lot of magic, as she wanted to see just how powerful my magic was. Things didn't go as planned, and I ended up getting injured and sick from casting it. Not only that, but my plush Twinch was nowhere to be found. However, the spell was not a failure. I learned that my friend Twinch was in fact alive from some dreams I had where I was looking through his eyes. I've tried tracking him down by pinpointing his location within the dreams, but by the time I had learned his location, he moved out. This went on for more than 15 years. I had tried everything to track him down, including using tracking spells and sleeping in the day, hoping to find his location again. After a while I had almost given up on hope, but in the end, Twinch ended up coming to me. ----- It was a sunny day, and I had spent most of it reading spell books and research notes. None of them seemed to have a tracking spell that could work on tracking magical beings. "Gah, this is getting ridiculous! Is there not a single spell that can track magical beings?!" I said in frustrating slamming my book closed. I sighed heavily, frustrated at the lack of spells. "I might as well just give up... Anytime I seem to get close to him, he moves somewhere else! Gah, why can't I-" While getting lost in my rant, I happened to run into someone and got knocked down. Frustrated, I yelled at them, "Hey, watch where you're-" but before I could finish, I noticed who it was. It was Twinch. "Oh goodness, I'm so sorry! I-I'm in a bit of a rush right now, I didn't mean to run into you!" He explained, picking up fallen papers that were strewn about from the crash. I didn't say anything in reply, I was absolutely stunned. He had noticed I was staring at him, and became annoyed. "You don't need to stare, I know, I'm a plush. My kind isn't very common and my creation is taboo, so you don't need to mention it. I've heard it numerous times before." Once he finished, he ran off in the opposite direction. While running, one of his papers flew out of his arms and landed in front of me. I picked it up and examined it. It was some research papers for an alchemy potion, specifically one for healing. I looked down at the bottom of the paper to see who it was signed by: Twinch Goldenrod. I looked on in the direction he had ran, and it seemed like a school of sorts, most likely one for magic and alchemy. No longer containing my excitement, I ran straight home, continually jumping and hopping from sheer excitement all along the way. *~* The next day, I decided to return to the same area to look for him amd return his paper, but he was nowhere to be found. I assumed he would be at the building he ran to yesterday, so I went there and knocked on the door. "Who's there? State your business." A booming voice asked. "Uh, m-my name is Green, and I wanted to come by to return a paper for... Twinch Goldenrod?" I explained to him. "That student is currently busy, you'll have to come back later if you want to meet him." The voice proclaimed. "O-oh, well if that's the case, then I'll just wait here for him!" I told the voice as I went to go sit next to the door. I was expecting him to come out soon, but I was very, very wrong. I had waited for hours for him to come out, so long in fact I stopped keeping track of time and fell asleep. Because I fell asleep, I was dreaming of seeing through his eyes again. It seemed that for the most part he was being instructed on how to create a certain potion and following the instructions with his mentor. Eventually he packed up his things, and I could tell he was coming to the entrance. I wanted to try and wake myself up, but couldn't. Eventually he made his way out the door, and noticed me sitting next to it, asleep. I could tell he was trying to wake me up, but anything vocal didn't work. He eventually decided to grab my shoulder and shake me, which caused me to wake up. When I woke up, I could see him hovering over me, looking rather concerned. "Uh, what are you doing here sir?" He asked me. "O-oh right! Yes, I-I wanted to bring this paper back to you." I explained to him, looking around for said paper. I found it under my tail and grabbed it, promptly giving it to him. "Oh, thank you! I was wondering where this went." He said as he grabbed the paper. After that there was a bit of an awkward silence. His expression of gratitude soon turned to one of concern, looking at me rather confused. "Is... There something else you needed?" He asked me in a questioning tone. "Oh, n-no, its just... I-I uh." I wasn't really sure how to explain to him that I was his creator, and that I've been looking for him for years. "I, um, well... Ok, so you know how you're a plush right?" I managed to ask him. His expression immediately turned into a scowl, as if he's heard about the question a million times before. "Yes, I know I'm a plush, I am quite aware of that." He told me in an annoyed tone. "Ok, so you probably know how you're made of magic, right?" I asked him. Again, he looked rather annoyed. "Yes, I know I'm made of magic- look, is there something you needed from me or what?" He asked rather frustrated. "No no no, I was just about to ask: do you know where you came from?" I asked him seriously. He then looked at me curiously, seemingly as if he was trying to mentally fit the pieces together. "...No, I don't. Why do you ask?" He asked questioningly. I was starting to get nervous and excited, mainly because I wasn't sure how he'd react to what I was going to tell him. "Ok so, I'm not sure you'd believe me, but... I've been searching for you for over 15 years now." I explained to him excitedly. His eyes widened, realizing what was going on. "Wait... You mean to say that, you created me?" He asked me surprised. "Yes! I created you years ago when I was only eight, and I've been searching for you ever since! But now, I've finally found you! After all these years I've found you!" I said excitedly. Twinch just stared at me blankly, trying to process all of this new information. I started to worry a bit, since I wasn't sure if he believed me or not. After a short while, he was able to process all of the info that was given to him. "...Well that would truly explain a lot."
