 Pet Name: Navetty Owner: queenpumpkin Breed: Blumaroo About Navetty: Being a baby is no fun. Hi, my name is Navetty and I'm here to tell you why you shouldn't get a baby paint brush. Yeah, it's all fun and games in the beginning. Watching all the other pets play with your fur and say "Aww! How cute!" But that gets old after a while. Then, being a baby is no longer a luxury. It's nothing but a drag. One could argue that I have an "old soul". No Goo Goos or Ga Gas from this baby Blumaroo. But yet, I let my mommy paint me baby because it made her so happy. But all it's made me is miserable. First of all, the food is awful. It's mushy and cold and disgusting. I personally would much rather eat some tasty Turkey Casserole or a bowl of Spaghetti Faerie Hoops. But no. While I watch my brother and sister indulge in the finest gourmet cuisine, I'm stuck with the icky mushy baby food, Gaga Grub. Why? Because I'm a baby. Also, the second you become a baby, all the Neopets around you seem to forget how to speak! Within fifteen seconds of the painting, their normal day conversations turn to "AWW! WOOK AT THE CWUTE WITTWE BABYYY" It's ridiculous. Just because I'm a different color doesn't mean I speak a different language. Like toys? Maybe you'd think that being a baby would be great! In principle, it all works out. You'd get a ton of brand new toys, and be the right age to play with them forever. What could go wrong? Well, the toys are nothing that any self respecting Neopian would want to even look at. Rattles and squishy balls and big fluffy teddy bears. Yuck! All the older Neopians get big, fast, and loud toys that I could have a ball with! But those are too dangerous for a little baby like me. If you're a Neopian Night Owl, trust me, being a baby is NOT the thing for you. Now that I'm a baby, I have to go to bed three hours earlier than before! "Growing babies need their sleep" my mommy tells me. So while my brother and sister get to stay up and play games, I'm stuck in the crib trying to fall asleep. One last thing, I promise, this is the end of my little speech. Being a baby is a huge safety hazard! All day, you crawl on the ground, close to the grown-Neopian's big old paws! It's a great way to get stepped on if you ask me. And trust me, it hurts ALOT! This is more than my ranting and raving, it's my plea to all of those who wish to become baby. The attention is great, but there's so much more to consider. Please, plan before you paint. Do you really want a life like this? "What Mommy? Time to go to bed? But why? Oh.. all right" I gotta go. Growing babies need their sleep.
