A strange girl says, a kiko in her arms. "They are either Morphed or are Mutant. How many times do you say, Ewwww! A story about a Mutant pet? Gross! Well this story is not one about a Mutant Pet. Its about a green pet. Oh you think, Nothing special, just another green pet. But this pet isn't just some green pet, She's a Green Kiko and the story I tell you is about her first question." "Coppez had always loved her family. She just didn't know how lucky she was to be in such a nice family. They had never been rich. But they got through. They didn't have to go to the Money Tree or beg for their neopoints and food. Her owner, Kessa, worked as a Blumaroo Babysitter. She babysat the worst and the best. Often enough, she would only recieve a few hundred neopoints for a day's work. Kessa had always wished that she could give all of her pets a nice stuff and nice clothes. But Coppez did not like to be flashy, she often enough just wanted a nice meal. "Kessa." She said one day. "How come I don't remember anything when I was really young?" Kessa just sighed and looked into Coppez's big blue eyes. How often had she wondered when her adorable kiko would ask a question, and now here she was, asking the biggest of them all. "You might as well know." She said finally after staring at the small curl of black hair on Coppez's head.. "When you were born, you were not a Kiko, but a. A Buzz. We were rather wealthy back then and I had just recieved a Kiko Transmogrification Potion from a dear friend. She told me that a Kiko would make all my pets happier. So I got you, named you Coppez, and gave you that Potion. You twisted and turned until you were finally a Mutant Kiko! I took one look at you and knew that you would have to be painted. I could not afford an expensive paint brush so I got a Green Paint Brush. Do you remember then? You walked into the Rainbow Pool as a Mutant and came out Green! Do you remember?" Indeed Coppez remembered a little of that. Beeing able to fly, then drinking something and changing. Being Oooed and Awed at. Going to some pool of water, stepping in it, and coming out feeling slightly happier and smarter. "Kessa, "Coppez said, "Does the color green mean happiness and smartness?" Kessa smiled a secretive smile. "You bet it does. Thats why I painted you green. Do you know what you would be like if you were any other color? You would be either swimming, being mad, or putting on makeup. In fact, I'm glad you are who you are. For thats what you will be forever and ever, yourself." Coppez smiled and knew that she would be special no matter what color and species she was." Kessa finally was finished and she took a bow, Coppez in her hands.
